情態(tài)動詞can和culd都表示“能夠,可以”等意思,還可表示對現(xiàn)在或?qū)淼耐茰y,意為“會,可能”,但can表示推測時,往往用于否定句和疑問句。用于疑問句時,can比culd表示的“可能性要大;用于否定句時,can’t表示“不可能”。culd則可用于肯定句、否定句和疑問句。情態(tài)動詞must也可以表示猜測, 意為“一定,準(zhǔn)是”,通常只用于肯定句。
情態(tài)動詞can、culd、must
祈使句表達(dá)說話人對對方的叮囑、勸告、希望、禁止、建議、請求或命令等。祈使句一般以動詞原形開頭,無時態(tài)和數(shù)的變化。常見的句型如下: 1. D 型, 即:動詞原形+賓語+其它 e.g. Clse the dr. 把門關(guān)上。2. Let 型, 即:Let sb.+動詞原形+其它 e.g. Let’s clean up the rm.讓我們打掃房間吧。3. Be 型, 即:Be+形/名+其它 quiet!安靜!4. N 型,即:N+ding/名, 用來表示禁止。 smking!禁止吸煙!
