A team of 30 workers were working in a company. This was a young and energetic team with keen enthusiasm (熱情) and want to learn and grow. Their leader decided to teach the workers about finding real solution to the problems.
The team was called to play a game in a hall. Everyone was surprised and looked at each other. Also, there was a huge box of balloons placed at the centre of the hall.

The team leader announced the workers to go to the room and pick the same balloon that had his name on it. Also, he told them that no balloon should blow up and warned them to be very careful!
After reaching the room, they were searching for the balloons carrying their names. While they were in a rush to find the balloons, they tried not to burst the balloons. It was almost 15 minutes and no one could find the balloon carrying his own name.
The team was told that the second level of the game was over. Now it is the third and final level. They asked the workers to pick any balloon and give it to the person named on the balloon. Within a couple of minutes all balloons reached the hands of the workers and everyone reached the hall.
The team leader announced: this is called real solutions to the problems. Everyone is frantically (忙亂地) hunting for solutions to the problems without understanding the ideal ways. Many times, sharing and helping others give you real solutions to all problems.

Sound travels faster through denser(密度更高的)objects than through less dense objects. Water is denser than air. Therefore, sound travels about five times faster through water than through air. Some whales make sounds to find their way in the deep, dark ocean.
What is sound? Sound is a form of power, just like electricity and light. A sound is made when air and move wave. We hear these waves as they travel through air, water or the ground.
