In step three, when a sugar need is not satisfied, the person feels bad. Sugar addiction can cause many physical problems, such as headaches, sleepiness and lack of energy.
Step four is the worst, and unhealthy body weight and low spirits are side effects sugar addition brings about.
Breaking a sugar addiction can be difficult, but it is important. There are a few things to remember. Eat three meals a day, get enough sleep, and exercise often. There are many team projects in the school that need to be completed together. And it is easier and faster than doing everything alone. However, team activities aren’t always easy. Here are some suggestions to make team work easier.
32
If you’re doing a class project, you need to check the teacher’s instruction and know the purpose. And ask questions whenever anything isn’t clear. There’s a saying: “If you don’t know where you’re going, you probably won’t get there. ”
33
There should be a leader who helps everyone make decisions. There might also be a note-taker who writes down the team’s ideas during meetings, and a time-keeper who makes sure people don’t waste time talking about other things.
34
For large projects, team members can choose small tasks they do well in or like. Letting people do what they are good at or like may also help them be more efficient (高效的). Of course, you shouldn’t always do the same task. It’s good to try more new things.
35
You can list all tasks on the calendar and think about when each one must be finished. And make sure members of the team understand the plan. If someone can’t finish his part on time, tell the others as soon as possible.
36
Listen when others are speaking. Don’t stop them. Do your duty, so other members don’t have to do the work for you. Finally, try to stay active and treat others peacefully. Everything is easier when you’re having fun!
