Unit 2 Community Life 教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)(一) 第一、第二課時(shí) Listening and Speaking 一、教材分析 本課教學(xué)內(nèi)容選自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”職業(yè)教育國(guó)家規(guī)劃教材,《英語(yǔ)3基礎(chǔ)模塊》中Unit 2 Warming up 和Listening and Speaking部分,單元主題是“人與社會(huì)”主題范圍下關(guān)于“社區(qū)生活”的話題,聽(tīng)說(shuō)部分要求學(xué)生能識(shí)別并詢問(wèn)社區(qū)設(shè)施信息以及社區(qū)服務(wù)信息,能向不同的顧客介紹社區(qū)信息,在為顧客提供咨詢服務(wù)時(shí)表現(xiàn)出誠(chéng)信和友善的態(tài)度,并能認(rèn)可以及表達(dá)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀的社區(qū)文化。 二、學(xué)情分析 知識(shí)基礎(chǔ) 經(jīng)過(guò)前期的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生掌握了一些較為基礎(chǔ)的關(guān)于個(gè)人生活?yuàn)蕵?lè)設(shè)施和人際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)詞匯與表達(dá),但在關(guān)于如何表達(dá)具體的社區(qū)設(shè)施信息、服務(wù)信息,并對(duì)他人的相關(guān)提問(wèn)進(jìn)行回應(yīng)方面缺乏系統(tǒng)的詞匯、句型訓(xùn)練及練習(xí)。學(xué)生能夠通過(guò)圖片與情境猜測(cè)詞義,但是聽(tīng)力水平普遍較低,在捕捉細(xì)節(jié)信息時(shí)容易遺漏、誤判關(guān)鍵信息,需要反復(fù)練習(xí)。 認(rèn)知能力 學(xué)生對(duì)于社區(qū)生活有一定了解,但是在介紹社區(qū)設(shè)施信息、服務(wù)信息以及回應(yīng)客戶詢問(wèn)方面,缺乏相應(yīng)的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備和遷移能力。教師在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中應(yīng)注意課堂問(wèn)題鏈的層次性、邏輯性與關(guān)聯(lián)性,為學(xué)生話題產(chǎn)出構(gòu)建充分的語(yǔ)言和觀點(diǎn)支架。 學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn) 學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正,思維活躍,喜歡在“真實(shí)的情景中”進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)。因此教師對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)應(yīng)進(jìn)行合理的設(shè)計(jì),由易到難,由簡(jiǎn)到繁,由機(jī)械模仿到替換練習(xí),再到語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐,逐步鋪設(shè)臺(tái)階,把學(xué)生可能遇到的困難挫折降到最低。 教學(xué)目標(biāo) After leaning this lesson,students can 通過(guò)本課的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠 1.predict and pick out general information in the listening materials about community life. 根據(jù)問(wèn)題和選項(xiàng)預(yù)測(cè)聽(tīng)力內(nèi)容,能在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中提取對(duì)話中的主要信息 2.come up with questions about basic information of community facilities, express their needs and give response to inquiries, in order to develop their communicative capabilities. 能夠詢問(wèn)社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施信息、表達(dá)需求和回應(yīng)詢問(wèn),培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)言溝通能力; 3.introduce the community to different clients according to information in the pictures. 能夠根據(jù)圖片信息向客戶介紹社區(qū); 4.recognize and express our excellent community culture. 能夠認(rèn)可以及表達(dá)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀的社區(qū)文化。 四、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)分析 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):能識(shí)別社區(qū)中的服務(wù)設(shè)施,提取具體信息,如社區(qū)有哪些設(shè)施、所處方位和提 供服務(wù)的時(shí)間等,然后進(jìn)行信息轉(zhuǎn)述。 教學(xué)難點(diǎn):能熟練運(yùn)用描述社區(qū)相關(guān)信息的句型,尤其是詢問(wèn)和轉(zhuǎn)述的常用表達(dá)。 五、教學(xué)過(guò)程 Step 1 Warming Up *1. 鋪墊活動(dòng): Brainstorm. (1)激活詞匯儲(chǔ)備:學(xué)生說(shuō)出已知的社區(qū)服務(wù)場(chǎng)所以及社區(qū)設(shè)施名稱的英文表達(dá),教師可適當(dāng)提供圖片作為提示以激活學(xué)生思維。 呈現(xiàn)情境:Situation: Suppose you are a staff of a community. Now, you need to introduce your community to a group of people who has just moved in, so that they could adapt to the community better and faster. Which service or facility would you like to introduce first?Add details to finish your introduction according to your choice. (隨機(jī)選擇 2~3位學(xué)生,每位學(xué)生介紹教師所提供圖片中的1~2項(xiàng)服務(wù)或設(shè)施即可。) 2. Look and match. 處理教材活動(dòng)1。 個(gè)人活動(dòng),學(xué)生完成圖片與社區(qū)服務(wù)選項(xiàng)的匹配。 全班活動(dòng),教師呈現(xiàn)關(guān)于社區(qū)設(shè)施及服務(wù)介紹的常用詞匯及表達(dá)(下表) 教師選擇幾名學(xué)生校對(duì)答案,并要求學(xué)生從常見(jiàn)社區(qū)服務(wù)及設(shè)施描述中選擇適當(dāng)表達(dá),對(duì)所匹配的對(duì)應(yīng)圖片相關(guān)社區(qū)服務(wù)及設(shè)施內(nèi)容進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹。 本活動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)了 6 種社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施,后續(xù)對(duì)話中涉及其中 3 種。教師可以通過(guò)提問(wèn)導(dǎo)入話題,問(wèn)題如下: What other facilities do you have in your community? 3. Think and tick. 處理教材活動(dòng)2。 (1)個(gè)人活動(dòng),學(xué)生閱讀所給句子,思考并勾選出詢問(wèn)社區(qū)思考并勾選出詢問(wèn)社區(qū)信息時(shí)會(huì)用到的語(yǔ)句。 (2)全班活動(dòng),教師點(diǎn)名檢查并給予反饋。 (3) 學(xué)生分根據(jù)教材活動(dòng) 2的句子,運(yùn)用Brainstorm中出現(xiàn)的常見(jiàn)社區(qū)設(shè)施及服務(wù)名稱,分小組補(bǔ)全對(duì)話。 e.g.: A: Could you tell me the way to the nearest supermarket ?(練習(xí)原句) B: Sure,go straight and walk for about 100 meters, turn left when you... (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)旨在激活學(xué)生關(guān)于社區(qū)設(shè)施與社區(qū)服務(wù)的常見(jiàn)詞匯儲(chǔ)備,讓學(xué)生熟悉詢問(wèn)社區(qū)信息時(shí)會(huì)用到的語(yǔ)句,所呈現(xiàn)的信息會(huì)在之后的聽(tīng)力對(duì)話中出現(xiàn),有助于學(xué)生提前進(jìn)入情景,為后續(xù)聽(tīng)說(shuō)活動(dòng)做準(zhǔn)備) Step 2 Listening 1. Listen and choose. 處理教材活動(dòng)3。What facilities does the community have?學(xué)生在聽(tīng)前讀選項(xiàng),預(yù)測(cè)聽(tīng)力內(nèi)容。然后聽(tīng)錄音,結(jié)合選項(xiàng)做出選擇,并對(duì)聽(tīng)力材料從整體上進(jìn)行把握和判斷。聽(tīng)后教師檢查并反饋。 2. Listen and tick. 處理教材活動(dòng)4。注意提取關(guān)鍵信息:supermarket, convenience store, fitness center 等;學(xué)生首先閱讀選項(xiàng),進(jìn)行初步判斷。然后聽(tīng)錄音,抓關(guān)鍵詞,判斷正誤并更正錯(cuò)誤信息。聽(tīng)后教師檢查并反饋。 3. Listen and complete. 處理教材活動(dòng)5。學(xué)生先瀏覽Neal對(duì)新社區(qū)介紹的短文,嘗試根據(jù)活動(dòng) 4的內(nèi)容初次填空,再聽(tīng)錄音,根據(jù)聽(tīng)力內(nèi)容完善自己的答案。在聽(tīng)力結(jié)束后,教師檢查并核對(duì)答案,呈現(xiàn)聽(tīng)力文本,并簡(jiǎn)要解析其中關(guān)鍵信息。 (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)旨在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生根據(jù)問(wèn)題和選項(xiàng)預(yù)測(cè)聽(tīng)力內(nèi)容,能在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中提取對(duì)話中關(guān)于社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施的細(xì)節(jié)信息并識(shí)別交談對(duì)方的態(tài)度;能夠詢問(wèn)社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施信息、表達(dá)需求和回應(yīng)詢問(wèn),培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)言溝通能力。) Step 3 Speaking 1. Listen, read and underline. (1)處理教材活動(dòng)6。 How to find other facilities in this community?Listen and repeat the dialogue. 教師介紹對(duì)話背景,學(xué)生聽(tīng)錄音、跟讀,并用下畫(huà)線標(biāo)出詢問(wèn)社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施的語(yǔ)句。隨后請(qǐng)兩位學(xué)生進(jìn)行對(duì)話展示。 (2)學(xué)生用下劃線標(biāo)出詢問(wèn)和回應(yīng)社區(qū)設(shè)施與服務(wù)信息的重點(diǎn)交際語(yǔ)句,教師點(diǎn)名檢查并反饋。 *(2)拓展活動(dòng):教師簡(jiǎn)要講解以下重點(diǎn)詞組與句型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)生重點(diǎn)操練句型: ① 詞匯: Laundry, path, Beauty Salon, Hair salon, clinic ② 操練句型: Could you tell me the way to the nearest...? By the way, is there a...in the community? Is there a place where I can...? It's about...minutes’ walk from here. Turn right at the end of this path and you will see it. We don't have one yet, but we have a...in our community. It's just beside the laundry. ③ 重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法講解: (1)There is a clinic which is open from...to ...every day.(which引導(dǎo)定語(yǔ)從句修飾clinic,解釋說(shuō)明診所的開(kāi)門(mén)時(shí)間是每天從幾點(diǎn)到幾點(diǎn),clinic是先行詞,which是關(guān)系代詞,不可省略) (2)Could you tell me the way to the nearest laundry? 您能告訴我最近的洗衣店怎么走嗎? “the way to the nearest laundry”在句中作間接賓語(yǔ)。 (3)It’s about 5 minutes’ walk from here. 從這里步行大約 5 分鐘就到了。 “It’s...from...”表示距離,可以與“walk” “ride”等連用。 2. Imitate and practice. 處理教材活動(dòng)7。(ismart平臺(tái)跟讀對(duì)話) *(1)鋪墊活動(dòng):學(xué)生合上課本,在教師的引導(dǎo)下回憶活動(dòng)6的交際句型。 (2)雙人活動(dòng):學(xué)生兩人一組,通過(guò)圖片所提供的信息和活動(dòng) 6 的交際框架,進(jìn)行替換關(guān)鍵詞的模仿對(duì)話練習(xí)。請(qǐng)學(xué)生示范,教師點(diǎn)評(píng)。 參考答案: A: Excuse me, madam. Could you tell me the way to the coffee shop? B: With pleasure. Go straight until the end of the path, and you will see the coffee shop. A: Great. By the way, is there a fitness center around the corner? B: Of course. when you see the coffee shop, turn right and go straight to the end of that path, and you will see the fitness center. 3. Role play. (1)處理教材活動(dòng)8,可分兩步: 假設(shè)你現(xiàn)在正處于圖中的場(chǎng)景,根據(jù)所給圖片情境和提示,選擇角色,編排對(duì)話,完成售房推薦交流。  = 1 \* GB3 ① Discussion: 組織學(xué)生結(jié)合所給情境,圍繞以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,展開(kāi)討論: What kind of house does the house buyer need?Pay attention to aspects of community services and facilities. how to show the advantages of the house and the community?  = 2 \* GB3 ② 根據(jù)所給情景,靈活選用合適的句型與同桌一起編造對(duì)話,并在班上表演,必要時(shí)可互換銷(xiāo)售與顧客的角色進(jìn)行二輪表演。  = 3 \* GB3 ③全班活動(dòng),教師選出部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行展示,然后引導(dǎo)學(xué)生互評(píng)并給予反饋。 參考答案: Seller: Good morning, sir. Can I help you? Buyer: I'd like to buy a house, but I'm not familiar with the community, Could you please introduce it to me? Seller: Sure. We have advanced facilities and first class services. I'm sure you will be very satisfied with our community. Buyer: Sounds great. Can you tell me more details? Seller: No problem. For the facilities, we have a beauty salon, a clinic, a kindergarten, a laundry, a convenience store and a gym. Buyer: Wow, that sounds pretty convenient. And how about the services? Seller: For the community services, we have a 24-hour community center and an underground parking lot. Buyer: Is there any means of public transportation? Seller: Yes, you can take the subway lines 1, 5 and 6. Buyer: And what about the surroundings of the community? Seller: It's rather convenient. We have shopping malls, schools and big gardens around the community. I'm sure you will like this place very much after moving in Buyer: Sounds great to live here. I will call you next time when I am ready to move in. Thanks for your introduction. Seller: It’s my pleasure. Looking forward to your moving in! *(2)拓展活動(dòng):請(qǐng)同學(xué)們以自家小區(qū)為基礎(chǔ),編排售賣(mài)小區(qū)內(nèi)房屋的一段對(duì)話,學(xué)生扮演房屋銷(xiāo)售和買(mǎi)房顧客的角色,并充分使用本單元所學(xué)詞匯與句型,然后和搭檔錄制視頻,并發(fā)給教師。教師收到后做點(diǎn)評(píng)和在班上推薦播放。 (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:本環(huán)節(jié)通過(guò)跟讀范本中重點(diǎn)句型、替換關(guān)鍵詞模仿練習(xí)等活動(dòng),使學(xué)生掌握關(guān)于社區(qū)設(shè)施以及服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)。從詢問(wèn)社區(qū)設(shè)施到表達(dá)自己的需求之間的變化,以角色扮演的形式進(jìn)行對(duì)話練習(xí),將語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)技能遷移到實(shí)際的語(yǔ)境中,有助于學(xué)生在跨文化交際和語(yǔ)言溝通能力的發(fā)展。) Step 4 Conclusion 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生圍繞以下問(wèn)題,總結(jié)本課所學(xué): What facilities does your community have? What services does your community have? How to introduce the facilities of your community to the guests? How to introduce the services of your community to the guests? How to answer the questions about the facilities and services of your community? Step 5 Homework 復(fù)習(xí)本部分的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,讀、背活動(dòng)6的對(duì)話,讀記本課重要詞匯和表達(dá),學(xué)生可自愿模擬練習(xí)對(duì)話,在下節(jié)課展示。 *2. 拓展作業(yè): 每位同學(xué)對(duì)自己所在社區(qū)的一項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)社區(qū)設(shè)施及社區(qū)服務(wù)進(jìn)行拍攝,以圖片搭配簡(jiǎn)短英文介紹的形式制作社區(qū)宣傳海報(bào) 班級(jí)投票選出最佳海報(bào),上傳學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)或班級(jí)群進(jìn)行展示。 社區(qū)服務(wù)與設(shè)施介紹Facilities and services of the community WordsBeauty salon Laundry Convenience Store community center Gym Clinic SentencesThere are many different kinds of services and facilities in our community.
