作賓補(bǔ):動(dòng)詞-ing形式置于某些及物動(dòng)詞和賓語(yǔ)之后,補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明賓語(yǔ)的_______或______。
作狀語(yǔ):動(dòng)詞-ing形式可以作狀語(yǔ),修飾動(dòng)詞,表示時(shí)間、________、結(jié)果、條件、_________、行為方式或伴隨情況等。

Step 3 Mre abut v-ing as the bject cmplement
1.在感官動(dòng)詞后作賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)
在see, hear, feel, watch, ntice等感官動(dòng)詞后,表示一個(gè)正在進(jìn)行的主動(dòng)的動(dòng)作,強(qiáng)調(diào)一個(gè)過(guò)程或一種狀態(tài)。
In the crwded cafe, I heard a friendly vice saying, “Yu can share my table.”
He saw a girl wandering n the street this time yesterday.
注意:see/hear/watch/feel/ntice+sb./sth.+ding sth.強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作正在進(jìn)行
see/hear/watch/feel/ntice+sb./sth.+d sth.強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作發(fā)生的全過(guò)程/全過(guò)程已經(jīng)結(jié)束
Tday n my way hme, I saw a man running alng the street hurriedly.
I saw him enter the rm and take smething away.
2.在使役動(dòng)詞賓補(bǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)中的使用使役動(dòng)詞接現(xiàn)在分詞作賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ),表示“讓……一直做某事”。

I wn’t have yu running abut in the rm.
注意:1)have/get+sb./sth.+dne包括兩層意思:①讓別人去做某事。②(主語(yǔ))遭受到(意外的損失或不幸)。
have +賓語(yǔ)+d sth.. 意思是“讓某人去干某事”。
翻譯:

2)leave/keep +sb./sth. dne sth. (使……處于/保持某種狀態(tài))

3.現(xiàn)在分詞在with復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)中的使用
在with復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)中,現(xiàn)在分詞充當(dāng)賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ),表動(dòng)作“正在進(jìn)行”。

注意:在with的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)中,也可以使用不定式和過(guò)去分詞作賓語(yǔ)補(bǔ)足語(yǔ)。

Step 5 Mre abut v-ing as the adverbial
-ing形式作時(shí)間、原因、條件、讓步狀語(yǔ)時(shí)多位于句首;作結(jié)果、伴隨情況狀語(yǔ)時(shí)常位于句末。
1.表示時(shí)間。
Hearing these stries, I’m skeptical abut the place.
= When ______________________________...
2.表示原因。
Nt knwing his address, I can’t send this bk t him.
= ______________________________...
3.表示結(jié)果。
His father died, leaving him a lt f mney.
= ______________________________, left him a lt f mney.
4.表示條件。
Ging straight dwn the rad, yu will find the department stre.
= ______________________________...
5.表示讓步。
Being tired, they went n wrking.
= ______________________________...
6.表示行為方式、伴隨情況或補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明。
He lay n the grass, staring at the sky fr a lng time.
=…, ______________________________.
注意:非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞作狀語(yǔ)時(shí),如所提供的動(dòng)詞不能和句子中的主語(yǔ)保持一致,動(dòng)詞-ing形式必須有自己的邏輯主語(yǔ),通常由名詞或代詞來(lái)?yè)?dān)任,這就是獨(dú)立主格結(jié)構(gòu)。

(having gne的邏輯主語(yǔ)是the last bus,而不是we)

(permitting的邏輯主語(yǔ)是weather,而不是the ftball match)
