近幾年書面表達的體裁大都是應用文,應用文是人們日常生活中廣泛使用的文體,它最突出的特點是它的實際應用性。應用文包括很廣,如書信、通知、日記、海報、便條、啟事、請柬、電報、合同、稿件等。應用文重在實用,語言規(guī)范,表達力求樸實、準確、簡潔。
3.話題貼近學生生活。
近幾年的書面表達都秉承了“讓學生有話說”的原則。內容來自于學生的實際生活或是學生關心的話題,貼近生活、貼近學生、貼近時代,題目設置的情景真實可信,符合學生的年齡特點,話題易于拓展,讓每個學生都有話說,易于動筆。
一、內容解讀
提綱作文是高考書面表達的考查熱點之一。命題者把材料分割成信息塊,用獨立的文字信息表示出來。這類題型中有較多的文字說明,對考生的表述思路有較明確的規(guī)定。形式以書信、報道、通知、日記等為主,內容貼近學生生活。
二、能力解讀
根據(jù)《考試大綱》中對于寫作的要求,提綱類作文要求考生能夠靈活運用英語知識,根據(jù)相關信息將試題要求的要點完整地表述出來,力求準確、簡潔、禮貌、規(guī)范。
這類題型的主要特點是:要點明確,范圍具體??忌鷺O容易受中文提綱的制約,將書面表達變成翻譯,造成語法結構和詞匯使用上的單調。要寫好提綱式作文,應注意以下幾點:
1、細讀提示,認真審題,把握體裁
審題應包括:審體裁,高考書面表達題的體裁一般有記敘文、說明文和應用文等;審格式,特別注意掌握應用文(書信、通知、演講稿等)的格式;定人稱,根據(jù)命題內容需要,對人稱進行合理的選擇定位;定時態(tài),英語的動詞與漢語的動詞用法有很大的差別,是考生常出錯誤的地方。
2、緊扣主題,組織要點
雖然提綱作文的“要點”似乎已經(jīng)定好了,但在認真審題,弄清楚題意的基礎上,仍要逐個地、完美無缺地把內容要點列出來。
3、選詞造句,初步成文
在體裁明確、信息全面、要點清晰的基礎上,根據(jù)要點和重點詞匯的句法功能、句子的語法規(guī)則,按照提示或說明中所提供的事實和情節(jié)發(fā)展的順序選詞造句,然后將零散的句子排列成主謂一致、時態(tài)呼應、脈絡分明、合乎邏輯、內容完整的短文。
4、仔細審核,查漏補缺
寫作時,由于時間倉促,加上心情緊張和粗心,難免出現(xiàn)錯漏現(xiàn)象,如漏掉內容要點,字母大小寫不準確,單詞拼寫有誤,習慣用語搭配不當,時態(tài)混亂,主謂不一致以及母語干擾造成的中文式英語等。所有的這些問題,都值得考生在定稿前認真檢查、仔細核對、及時修補,力爭做到全文信息齊全、結構合理、語句表達準確。

一、內容解讀
圖表作文是近年來高考常考題型之一。體裁多為議論文、應用文和說明文,內容多涉及前后變化對比、正反觀點對比或產(chǎn)品介紹等。圖表作文一般分為兩種形式:
1.表格形式,將統(tǒng)計的數(shù)據(jù)或被說明的事物直接用表格體現(xiàn)出來,即統(tǒng)計表。這類題型一般以說明文和議論文居多,往往是介紹、說明某種情況或辯論某種觀點、看法,但有時也可能是記敘文。
2.圖像形式,可分為以曲線形式表示數(shù)據(jù)變化的線形圖、以條形形式表示數(shù)據(jù)大小或數(shù)量之間差異的條形圖、以圓內扇形面積的大小表示總體中部分結構變化的圓形圖等。這類題型一般以說明文居多,是一些關于生產(chǎn)、銷售、發(fā)展進程等各種項目統(tǒng)計的示意圖。

這種類型的作文要求作者根據(jù)表格或圖像提供的信息,生動、具體地寫出反映該圖表的內容,并能夠對數(shù)據(jù)、文字內容進行分析,得出令人信服的結論。

二、能力解讀
根據(jù)《考試大綱》對寫作的要求,具體到圖畫類作文,要求如下:
1.看圖作文的主要考查特點是生動、形象、直觀、圖文并茂。它要求行文時做到:主題明確,即文章能根據(jù)圖畫中所反映的中心思想;圖文一致,即文章能體現(xiàn)圖畫中所反映的主要內容。
2.看圖作文要求考生具有敏銳的觀察力,豐富的想象力,嚴謹?shù)倪壿?,冷靜的分析,以及最終將以上諸方面素質綜合體現(xiàn)出來的良好的書面表達能力。

看圖作文的特點比較明顯,而且它仍是高考中的重要考點,針對這些,著名英語教師給出了如下幾點寫作技巧:
1.仔細審題,確定要點。對于這類試題,考生首先應仔細審題,看懂圖畫所表達的意思,根據(jù)圖畫內容整理出幾個要點,再根據(jù)這些要點決定要采用的語言形式。

一、內容解讀
隨著高考英語改革進程的不斷深入和發(fā)展,英語書面表達的命題形式也會日趨靈活與開放。開放式作文類似語文考試中的材料作文。試題給出一定的素材或主題,讓學生在此基礎上自由發(fā)揮,自由創(chuàng)作,不受“文體形式,內容要點”的限制。開放作文更能反映出考生的寫作水平。
開放作文不同于傳統(tǒng)的書面表達。傳統(tǒng)的書面表達是一種控制性寫作,即通過要點提示、圖畫、表格等命題形式來限定書面表達的內容、人稱、時態(tài)、詞數(shù)、文體等,使考生自由發(fā)揮的空間縮小,在一定程度上限制了考生的思維、想象等能力的發(fā)揮。而開放作文只給出一段素材或一幅圖畫,然后由考生在此基礎上充分發(fā)揮想象,自由創(chuàng)作。
開放式書面表達是高考命題的趨勢。近幾年來,高考書面表達題在穩(wěn)定中求發(fā)展。它越來越趨向于夾敘夾議的題型,其中最大的特點就在于題目越來越趨向于開放性,給考生以足夠的自由發(fā)揮和自由想象的空間。估計今后還會加大對此類書面表達的考查力度。
二、能力解讀
根據(jù)《考試大綱》的要求,具體到開放類作文,要求考生做到:
1.開放作文對考生的能力要求更高,考查也更全面。它不僅考查考生的書面語言表達能力、語言組織能力,而且考查考生的邏輯思維能力、發(fā)散思維能力、豐富的想象力以及多角度考慮問題的創(chuàng)新思維能力。
2.與傳統(tǒng)作文相比,開放作文不僅擴大了命題和考生寫作的范圍,提高了考生的寫作興趣,而且把對考生能力的考查提高到更高、更新的層面上來。
針對開放類作文的靈活性與開放性,名師為考生提出以下幾個寫作步驟:
1.認真審題,把握要求,找準提示語中的關鍵句
開放作文需要考生根據(jù)試題提示的要求進行立意,確定文章的中心思想。立意的基礎是審題。因此,考生在著手寫作之前,要認真審題,確實把握命題要求,找準提示語中的關鍵句。
2.依據(jù)關鍵句,草擬提綱,梳理文章脈絡
通過認真審題,找準關鍵句以后,下一步的任務就是如何安排已選定的這些材料,要為自己心中所設想的材料草擬一個提綱,梳理清楚先后順序。這樣寫起來就會有條不紊、條理清楚、詳略得當,使得所寫的文章中心突出。
3.準確定位人稱、時態(tài),遣詞造句要揚長避短
(1)開放作文通常以提供一個故事材料片段為主。大部分情況下,文中所使用的動詞時態(tài)以一般過去時為主,但人稱的使用較為靈活,考生應該依據(jù)文章提示準確定位人稱。
(2)在人稱、時態(tài)準確定位以后,考生應將重點放在文章的遣詞造句上??忌鷳M可能運用自己熟悉的單詞、短語或句型來靈活表達,避免單詞、短語或句型的重復使用。
簡而言之,開放作文的寫作思路和漢語作文非常相似。首先要明確主題,然后根據(jù)主題構建文章的主體結構,即寫作提綱,最后在寫作過程中要突出主題、層次分明。
【寫作技巧】
一、寫作六步法
1.審:審題,確定四要素:體裁格式;題材內容;中心人稱以及主體時態(tài);
2.抓,抓要點,確定主要行為;
3.擴:擴展成句,形成基本語意單位;
4.連:連詞成句,正確使用過渡詞,使行文流暢,并注意段與段的銜接;
5.改:查錯改錯,注意時態(tài)、標點和拼寫是否正確,詞數(shù)是否符合要求等;
6.抄:謄寫,修改無誤后,認真規(guī)范地謄寫在規(guī)定的地方,注意保持卷面整潔,書寫工整、清楚。
二、寫作四亮點
1.肯定不如雙否好
修辭的使用在寫作中算作很大的亮點,雙重否定也是種修辭, 只要稍加注意,可以在文章中設計雙重否定的句子?!班]遞員天天準時到”,如果寫成The pstman cmes n time every day.,就不如變成雙重否定:The pstman never fails t cme n time every day.,這就變成了亮點句,起到強調作用。再比如介紹澳大利亞的Allan Stewart的學習態(tài)度“挑戰(zhàn)自我,永遠為時不晚”,也可以寫成雙重否定:He believes that it is never t late t challenge himself.。又如陜西卷中的Ms. Li spent a wnderful time with us,but we knw that we cannt thank her enugh fr all her hard wrk and guidance.以及高考浙江卷中的I can't agree mre with this view.。應用類似的修辭會在高考中為考生加分。
2.陳述不如倒裝妙
在寫作中閱卷老師喜歡看到的高級語法共有五種:倒裝、強調、從句、獨立主格或分詞結構以及虛擬語氣。倒裝是一種最簡單易行的使句子呈現(xiàn)亮點的方法。在高中階段只需掌握倒裝的四種形式,足以應對寫作,如何應用倒裝,有很多方法和技巧。
(1)否定詞開頭:
例如:I will never marry yu.不如變成倒裝句,用否定詞開頭:Never will I marry yu.,這樣就算作使用了高級語法。其他的否定詞,如nt,seldm,hardly等開頭的句子倒裝都是比較好的句子。
(2)地點狀語開頭:
在很多年份的高考寫作中都有表達地點的句子,一座建筑位于什么位置或什么地方有什么東西,都可以應用倒裝。例如:圖書館位于學校的中央“Our library is in the center f ur schl.”變成倒裝就用地點狀語開頭:In the center f ur schl lies ur library.。其他的例子:河岸上有一些花“On the bank stand sme flwers.”,天空中繁星點點“In the sky hang lts f stars.”總之在表達地點時就把地點狀語放在句首,后面進行主謂倒裝,這樣做的好處之一是倒裝本身就是高級結構,第二是倒裝后把真正的主語放到了句子的末尾,后面還可以繼續(xù)加從句,使整個句子呈現(xiàn)更多的亮點。例如:In the center f ur schl lies ur library, which is between the garden and the teaching building.
(3)nly+介詞短語:
例如:針對亂扔垃圾的行為發(fā)表個人看法:環(huán)境需要大家維護,只有人人把保護環(huán)境作為己任,我們才能有更美好的生活。這句話就可以用倒裝形式來表達:Only in this way call we live in mre cmfrtable and beautiful surrundings.。其他的例子還有Only by taking exercises can we keep healthy.。
(4)形容詞+as+主語+謂語動詞:
例如: Disappinted as I felt at the shabby campus and the prly-equipped classrm, I fund the teachers patient and cnsiderate.再比如:Yung as I am, I can manage it; Rich as ur cuntry is,we have a lt f prblems.。還有其他的倒裝結構:很高興收到你的來信→S glad am I t hear frm yu.。在高考中要盡量使用一兩個倒裝句。
3.主動不如被動巧
在英文中,被動語態(tài)的使用很重要。因為英語中經(jīng)常用被動語態(tài),漢語中經(jīng)常用主動語態(tài);英語中經(jīng)常用物稱或形式主語開頭,強調一件事發(fā)生在什么人身上,而漢語經(jīng)常用人稱開頭強調一個人發(fā)生了什么事。所以使用被動語態(tài)符合英語的習慣,如果能將整個文章中兩個句子變成被動語態(tài),就會呈現(xiàn)出豐富的句型,整篇文章也生動起來。例如:在全國卷Ⅱ的試題中,同學們決定為小明舉辦生日宴會,在表達宴會的內容:生日歌、蛋糕、游戲等時,很多學生只是簡單地羅列,但是如果用上被動語態(tài):Then the cake will be cut and we'll sing sngs and play games.。這就顯得語句表達層次性強,分數(shù)會更高。
4.分詞結構不能少
在所有的高級語法中,閱卷老師最喜歡看到的是獨立主格和分詞結構,其實幾乎所有的狀語從句都可以變成獨立主格或分詞結構。例如:條件狀語從句:If such is the case, yu shuld aplgize t her.如何變成獨立主格或分詞結構呢?學會下面的口訣,如果你的作文中有狀語從句,馬上可改成獨立主格或分詞結構這個最大的亮點。
口訣:一去,二看,三改。一去:去連詞;二看:看主語;三改:改分詞。
If such is the case, yu shuld aplgize t her.按照這個口訣來改,第一步,去掉連詞if;第二步,看前后兩句話的主語,前后主語不一致,所以要改成獨立主格;第三步,改分詞,is變成分詞是being,所以最后變成Such being the case, yu shuld aplgize t her.,就變成了獨立主格結構。如果前后兩句話主語一致,就變成分詞結構。例如:2012年高考陜西卷中,Entering the classrm, Ms.Li was surprised t find we were standing in line, clapping hands and saying ludly “Happy Teachers' Day!”這個句子就包含了兩個分詞結構作伴隨狀語;再比如2012年高考北京卷,Seeing them n the bus, I felt a kind f satisfactin.。其他想表達狀語從句的時候幾乎都一樣。所以想表達“由于,因為,如果”等都寫成獨立主格或分詞結構會讓閱卷老師多給幾分。
