He then hurried back t the shelter at 9 p.m. s that he culd d his hmewrk fr tw hurs befre the lights were ff. The nise didn’t bther him as he fcused his attentin n his study and the prmise that he had made t his mther. All f these had cntinued until he finally finished the entrance exam and submitted the applicatin t his dream cllege.
Weeks after his applicatin, an envelpe carrying gd news arrived. It was the admissin letter frm the Cllege f New Jersey! All f Dylan’s hard wrk prved t be wrthwhile. In great excitement, he rushed back t the shelter and handed the letter ver t his mther, wh cried ut f jy. Ging thrugh hmelessness let the family knw that there will always be bstacles, but nw with Dylan’s great news, the future lks much brighter than befre.

讀后續(xù)寫（滿分 25 分）
評分原則
1.本題總分為 25 分，按 5 個檔次給分。
2.評分時，先根據(jù)文章的內(nèi)容和語言初步確定其所屬檔次，然后以該檔次的要求來衡量，確定或調(diào)整檔次，最后給分。
3.所續(xù)寫短文的詞數(shù)應(yīng)為 150 左右 (詞數(shù)少于 130 的，從總分中減去 2 分) 。
4.閱卷評分時，主要從以下幾個方面考慮：
（1）內(nèi)容的豐富性,與所給短文及段落開頭語的銜接程度；
（2）應(yīng)用語法結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯的豐富性和準(zhǔn)確性；
（3）故事發(fā)展的合理性和上下文的連貫性。
三個邏輯一致原則：續(xù)寫部分與所給短文之間的邏輯；續(xù)寫兩段內(nèi)容之間的邏輯；續(xù)寫部分與所給開頭語之間的邏輯。
5.拼寫與標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號是語言準(zhǔn)確性的一個方面，評分時，應(yīng)視其對交際的影響程度予以考慮。英、美拼寫和詞 匯用法均可。
6.如書寫較差以致影響交際，可將分?jǐn)?shù)降低一個檔次。
各檔次給分范圍及要求
第五檔（21-25 分）
— 創(chuàng)造了新穎、豐富、合理的內(nèi)容，富有邏輯性，續(xù)寫完整，與原文情境融洽度高；
— 使用了多樣且恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~匯和語法結(jié)構(gòu)，表達(dá)流暢，語言錯誤很少，且完全不影響理解；
— 自然有效地使用了段落間、語句間銜接手段，全文結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，前后呼應(yīng)，意義連貫。
第四檔（16-20 分）
— 創(chuàng)造了比較豐富、合理的內(nèi)容，比較有邏輯性，續(xù)寫比較完整，與原文情境融洽度較高；
— 使用了比較多樣且恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~匯和語法結(jié)構(gòu)，表達(dá)比較流暢，有個別錯誤，但不影響理解；
— 比較有效地使用了語句間銜接手段，全文結(jié)構(gòu)比較清晰，意義比較連貫。
第三檔（11-15 分）
— 創(chuàng)造了基本完整的故事內(nèi)容， 但有的情節(jié)不夠合理或邏輯性不強(qiáng)，與原文情境基本相關(guān)；
— 使用了簡單的詞匯和語法結(jié)構(gòu)，有部分語言錯誤和不恰當(dāng)之處， 個別部分影響理解；
— 尚有語句銜接的意識，全文結(jié)構(gòu)基本清晰， 意義基本連貫。
第二檔（6-10 分）
— 內(nèi)容和邏輯上有一些重大問題，續(xù)寫不夠完整， 與原文有一定程度脫節(jié)；
— 所用的詞匯有限，語法結(jié)構(gòu)單調(diào)， 錯誤較多且比較低級，影響理解；
— 未能有效地使用語句間銜接手段， 全文結(jié)構(gòu)不夠清晰， 意義欠連貫。 。
第一檔（1-5 分）
— 內(nèi)容和邏輯上有較多重大問題，或有部分內(nèi)容抄自原文，續(xù)寫不完整，與原文情境基本脫節(jié)；
—所使用的詞匯非常有限，語法結(jié)構(gòu)單調(diào)，錯誤極多，嚴(yán)重影響理解；
—幾乎沒有使用語句間銜接手段，全文結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰，意義不連貫。
不得分： (0 分)
— 白卷、內(nèi)容太少無法判斷或所寫內(nèi)容與所提供內(nèi)容無關(guān)。

W: I knw. I fund Clare’s perfrmance surprising because she’s always shy and quiet in ur class.
M: Yu said it. She just lks like a shining star when she’s in a debate.
W: Exactly. Debating is a lt like acting in a theater. Yu nt nly need t remember sme difficult facts and figures, but als knw when t say them.
M: I agree. D yu knw if smene filmed the debate? Kevin was ff sick and went t see the dctr yesterday, but I’m sure he’d lve t see it.
W: Maybe yu can ask Sarah fr that. She recrded it n her phne.
M: Great. D yu knw where she is right nw?
W: Yes. She’s the captain f the wmen’s basketball team. They are in the gym practicing just nw.
M: Hell, everyne. This is Steven Bruce. Welcme t Jkers Cmedy Club. I’m glad yu culd all be here tnight. We are ne f the ldest cmedy clubs in the capital, and we have entertained peple with funny stries since the early 20th century. At this club we d things simply. There is neither fancy singing nr wild dancing –– a small micrphne is what ur perfrmers will be armed with! And that’s hw we like it.
