I had never seen a teacher want his students t succeed in the way that he did. Prfessr Prndzinski had the ability t engage every single student and push them t their full ptential. He always said in class, “yu alne must set yur wn standard f excellence.” I didn’t knw what that meant because schl had always been easy fr me.
Then came the first test. I decided I’d have fun with it. The night befre the test, I even treated myself t a mvie. Hwever, the next day, I was ttally shcked when I fund a 77, C-plus, n my test paper! English was my best subject and I had never failed in it. I went t Prfessr Prndzinski, wh listened t my arguments but remained unmved. There was ne mre test befre I finally gt my curse grade. Because f this C- plus.
