Prfessr Bakker explained hw researcher Yssi Yvel had used recrdings and AI t understand bats.
“Bats argue ver fd; they actually distinguish between genders when they cmmunicate with ne anther; they have individual names, r ‘signature calls’,” she said.

I’ll get yu t the shre.” “Easier said than dne,” Jhn thught t himself. “This man’s big.” He helped the man get n his bard.
Frtunately, the sea was nt rugh and there was n wave. As Jhn reached the shallw water, willing hands appeared t help carry the man ashre. Jhn sat dwn and began t recver his breath. A small crwd gathered arund the swimmer. “They must knw what t d,” Jhn thught, reaching fr his bard and standing up. He figured that since n ne needed him, he had better g hme befre he missed ut n his dinner. N ne nticed him leave.
