I was fascinated by these gleaming shes and culdn’t take my eyes ff them. I was abut t spend all my ten dllars n them when Dad’s wrn-ut shes flashed past my eyes. The gleam f the lafers started t dull. I selected a pair f shes f my Dad’s size frm the clearance rack and darted t the checkut cunter.
I ran back t Dad’ wrkshp and put his new shes n the seat f his car. Seeing me cming back, he rse t his feet t see my new shes, then a little surprised when he didn’t see the Penny lafers.
