Recently a survey has been revealed abut the majr causes f stress amng the students f ur schl. As the chart shws, the percentage f the students, wh cnsider academics their N.1 cause f stress, has dubled in the past five years, frm 30% t 60%. In cntrast, scial stress and family issues are less wrrying.
Several reasns may accunt fr the change. First, mre frequent exams and cnstant rankings put students under great pressure. Additinally, parents nw have higher expectatins and the students can get burned ut t fulfil them.
Integrating sme stress management techniques int students’ daily life may help ease the tensin. Fr instance, they can stick t healthy eating and adequate sleep. Besides, channeling energy int sprts r ther pursuits als makes sense.

Welcme, everyne, t this wrkshp n student husing. I'll g thrugh the infrmatin abut types f husing available fr the term and the applicatin prcedure. Then, if yu have any questins, feel free t ask me.
There are tw main types f husing fr yu t chse frm: student drms and the internatinal huses. As f nw, there are sme spaces available in each type, but they are filling up fast. Yu shuld get yur applicatin in as sn as pssible. Let me explain sme f the main features f each type f husing.
The student drms are fr all students. We have men’s drms and wmen’s drms. All the rms have tw beds, tw clsets, and tw desks. There are n cking facilities in the drms, but yu can buy a meal ticket fr the cafeteria.
The internatinal huses are grups f apartments fr bth freign and lcal students. They are rganized int language and culture themes, and sme f them have rules abut speaking nly a certain language during meal times. It’s a gd way fr students t learn ther cultures and languages. I think that the Spanish huse is full, but there are rms available in all the ther huses.
