Unit 6 Holidays【第一課時】【教學目標】1.通過Listen and say中關于度假計劃的情景對話,幫助學生掌握本單元的核心句型。2.通過Look and learn欄目,幫助學生學習本單元的生詞。【教學重難點】1.能掌握單詞holiday、clear、island、seafood、hotel、how long、go swimming。2.會運用句型Where will we stay?How long will we stay in Sanya?【教學方法】任務教學法、情景教學法。【教學過程】Ⅰ.Pre-task preparations1.在黑板上或用多媒體呈現(xiàn)兒歌,配以歡快的節(jié)奏,讓學生誦讀,一方面復習前面學過的內容,一方面又為新授內容做鋪墊。如:What are you going to do this weekend?We are going to visit Hangzhou this weekend, this weekend.How are you going there this weekend, this weekend?We are going there by plane this weekend, this weekend.…Ⅱ.While-task procedures1.用Apple tree游戲引入單詞hotel。T:(Draw a line on the blackboard and five short lines under it. Then point to the short lines.) This is a new word.There are five letters in this word.Please guess what are the first letter is.Ss:H.T:Yes,well done. Please read after me. H-o-t-e-l, hotel.Ss:H-o-t-e-l,hotel.然后出示hotel的生詞卡片,與學生問答。T:(point to the card for hotel)What is this?S1:It’s a hotel.T:How is the hotel?S2:The hotel is beautiful.最后,教師要求學生用hotel和be going to組詞并造句,看誰的句子最長。用同樣的方法教授生詞island和seafood。2.播放Listen and say的錄音,并出示以下問題,學生聽錄音后回答問題。(1)Where are the Lis going this summer?(2)How do they get there?(3)Where will they stay?(4)How long will they stay there?再次播放錄音,并出示以下選項,學生聽錄音后選出正確選項。a.They will go swimming there.b.They will row a boat there.c.They will play football there.d.They will have seafood there.e.They will fly a kite there.What will the Lis do there?3.再次播放錄音,學生逐句跟讀,鼓勵學生盡量模仿錄音中人物的語音語調。然后,學生六人一組,分角色有感情地朗讀對話,教師在教室內來回巡視,適當時給予必要的幫助。4.學生四人一組,扮演一個家庭,仿照Listen and say的對話,用所學單詞和句型自編對話。請一到兩組學生表演對話。Ⅲ.Post-task activities讓學生獨立完成課本的練習。然后,分別請幾名學生將答案用完整的句子表達出來。
