課  題Unit 6 Living History of Culture(Culture Understanding& Group Work)課  型Culture Understanding & Group Work課  時1授課班級 授課時間45mins授課教師 教材分析本課教學(xué)內(nèi)容選自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”職業(yè)教育國家規(guī)劃教材，《英語3 基礎(chǔ)模塊》中第六單元的Culture Understanding and Group Work板塊，Culture Understanding部分介紹了世界不同地區(qū)的飲食文化，了解不同地區(qū)人們的口味偏好，烹飪方式，餐具選擇，體會來自不同文化背景的人們對待飲食的不同習(xí)慣。小組活動通過對中國的刺繡，京劇和舞龍這三個傳統(tǒng)文化的信息整理，完成短視頻制作任務(wù)，從而提高跨文化理解能力，拓展文化視野，同時檢測本單元學(xué)生的語言溝通能力、思維差異感知能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。學(xué)情分析學(xué)生對中外名勝古跡的關(guān)鍵信息能進(jìn)行有效識別，能使用副詞引導(dǎo)的定語從句介紹和推廣名勝古跡和文化產(chǎn)品。但對中外差異性上還缺乏知識拓展,對中國傳統(tǒng)文化的認(rèn)知上也有不足。通過本節(jié)學(xué)習(xí)，以小組探討的方式，合理借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)，啟發(fā)學(xué)生通過歸類、對比等方式更好的提升思維差異感知能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。感知文化差異性，培養(yǎng)民族文化自豪感。學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)Knowledge objectives:To learn words and phrases:culinary,hearty,pastry,skip,pancake,donut,hash brown,steak and ribs,versatile,injera,maniok,poultry,chili,ginger,tamarind,embroider,Dragon Robe,Troupe,scare away.Ability objectives:To understand people’s eating habits in different regions.To make a video to introduce a traditional Chinese art by uniting key information.Emotional objectives:To understand cultural differences and cultivate a sense of national cultural pride.學(xué)習(xí)重難點To understand people’s eating habits in different regions and three traditional Chinese arts.To combine key information to make a introduction video about a traditional Chinese art.教學(xué)方法小組討論法、任務(wù)教學(xué)法、情境教學(xué)法課前準(zhǔn)備PPT課件，語音素材，圖片教學(xué)媒體PPT課件、多媒體設(shè)備、語音素材、拓展資源包等 教學(xué)過程教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)教師活動設(shè)計學(xué)生活動設(shè)計設(shè)計意圖Step 1:Warming up     Discuss in groups to answer the question:?         What do you know about other areas’ eating habits in the world? ?         英式早餐，美式早餐，日本料理，印度飲食，埃塞俄比亞主食 1.Think and discuss.通過小組討論世界其他地區(qū)的飲食習(xí)慣，收集相關(guān)信息為文化理解做鋪墊。        Step 2: culture understanding    Listen to the passage and learn the new words for understanding it better.culinary,hearty,pastry,skip,pancake,donut,hash brown,steak and ribs,versatile,injera,maniok,poultry,chili,ginger,tamarind,embroider,Dragon Robe,Troupe,scare away.  Read the passage and answer the questions on page 107.      Work in groups, collect information about food and eating habits around the world and explore the culture behind. Then make a webpage, or a video to share within class.   Listen and learn the new words and expressions.     Read article carefully to get the key information to choose the right option.   Work together to collect information and share them.學(xué)生先聽文中介紹的不同地區(qū)的飲食文化，講解新詞，掃除教材文本中的生詞障礙。 分組閱讀教材文本，加深飲食文化差異的了解，進(jìn)一步拓展文化視野。回答問題，培養(yǎng)細(xì)節(jié)查找能力。小組活動，獲取更多信息進(jìn)行分享，通過網(wǎng)頁或視頻的形式，更直觀的對比不同地區(qū)人們的飲食習(xí)慣的異同，同時鍛煉學(xué)生收集整理信息的能力。      Step 3:Group work1.Work in group. Read the following material and fill in the table.  Work in groups. Discuss and prepare an introduction about Chinese culture.     Design the introduction about the traditional Chinese art to prepare a video and share in class.   Collect information to fill the table and prepare for the video design in groups .   2.Choose the key information about a traditional Chinese Art. 3.Design a video to introduce a traditional Chinese are in group.學(xué)生根據(jù)任務(wù)要求，搜集信息為視頻設(shè)計做準(zhǔn)備，運用本單元所學(xué)完成真實任務(wù)，檢驗學(xué)習(xí)成果。  通過提取整合其中一項中國傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)的信息，完成介紹，培養(yǎng)小組合作能力，信息提取能力。學(xué)生通過為一項中國傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)制作視頻，檢驗本單元學(xué)生的職場語言溝通能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況。      Step 4:Summary  culinary  烹飪的e.g:No matter how old I get , always a culinary delight.   不管我有多老，烹調(diào)可不是外行。2.hearty    豐盛的e.g:We'll have something hearty for you to eat .我們還要給你做點好吃的呢。3.pastry  點心e.g:What is your secret for this wonderful pastry ?你做的點心真好，有什么訣竅？4.skip  略過 e.g:She skipped from one subject to another .她講得沒有條理，東拉西扯。5.pancake   薄煎餅6.donut   甜甜圈7.hash brown   土豆煎餅 8.steak and ribs 牛排和排骨9.versatile  多種多樣的e.g:Modern communication technologies offer the most versatile classrooms .現(xiàn)代通訊技術(shù)提供多種多樣的課堂。10.Injera    英吉拉11.Maniok  木薯12.poultry  家禽肉13.Chili 辣椒   e.g:Have you tried to get chili fries on this campus？你在校園里買過辣薯條嗎？    14.ginger  姜e.g:Fresh ginger and air - dry ginger are our main product.我公司主要生產(chǎn)保鮮姜和風(fēng)干姜。15.tamarind 羅望子e.g:Tamarind ready - mix powder is available in store.   羅望子粉則在大多數(shù)店有售。Step 5:Homework  Remember the useful words and expressions in the period.  Design a video to introduce a traditional art in your hometown.板書設(shè)計同總結(jié)部分。教學(xué)反思（留白）
