Module 4   Unit 1  Chinese people invented paper一、教材分析本單元是以Chinese inventions為題的對話，具體內(nèi)容是：教師在課堂上向?qū)W生介紹中國的四大發(fā)明中的造紙術(shù)和印刷術(shù)。學(xué)生在與教師的互動中談?wù)撚∷⑿g(shù)在印刷書籍和報紙方面的應(yīng)用，Sam展示了他印刷的報紙。本單元是繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)過去時態(tài)的表達方式，主要語言結(jié)構(gòu)： Chinese people invented...的理解與運用。過去時態(tài)的學(xué)習(xí)是這學(xué)期的重點學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。期望通過本次學(xué)習(xí)，實現(xiàn)以下目標：全體學(xué)生能準確理解和基本運用過去時態(tài)的肯定句形式，以及規(guī)則動詞過去式的變化規(guī)律及其發(fā)音。本課時學(xué)習(xí)中幫助學(xué)困生學(xué)習(xí)鞏固過去時態(tài)的肯定句形式，以及規(guī)則動詞過去式的變化規(guī)律。本單元的詞語學(xué)習(xí)目標是學(xué)習(xí)printing 、print的區(qū)分 ，名詞paper，動詞invent，print 以及它們的過去式，形容詞：important，復(fù)習(xí)paper，people等名詞。本單元功能是談?wù)撊祟愡^去的發(fā)明。本功能的語用目的是用過去時態(tài)描述人類過去的發(fā)明。二、學(xué)情分析我所任教四年級學(xué)生在聽說讀寫各方面有一定的基礎(chǔ)，在合作學(xué)習(xí)的過程中，設(shè)計的任務(wù)有趣較真實，學(xué)生的參與度高，有少數(shù)學(xué)生合作意識較弱。大部分學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)保持著較高的的熱情，認真按照老師的要求去做，但也有少數(shù)學(xué)生總是不能按時完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。課堂書寫訓(xùn)練，大部分學(xué)生能獨立的認真完成，少數(shù)進步生也能在別人的幫助下完成。課后的聽錄音模仿作業(yè)大部分能夠完成，有些學(xué)生積極背誦課文，也有個別學(xué)生依舊不聽錄音、讀書，需要這學(xué)期繼續(xù)督促，教師利用課件，光盤等教學(xué)輔助工具上課，大部分學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)積極性比以前有所提高。三、Teaching aims教學(xué)目標 知識目標：1.學(xué)生能夠理解和認讀文本內(nèi)容， 能夠聽、說、讀、寫單詞invented, paper, printing, printed, newspaper和句子Chinese people invented paper. Chinese people invented printing. I printed this newspaper.2.學(xué)生能夠理解print, printing的區(qū)別，能夠把握過去式printed, invented的發(fā)音。 3.復(fù)習(xí)強化people, book等名詞 。?    技能目標：1.學(xué)生能夠復(fù)述文本主要內(nèi)容。2.學(xué)生能夠運用Chinese people invented...介紹中國的發(fā)明。情感目標：1.在積極參與教學(xué)活動中體會到學(xué)習(xí)的快樂。2.通過四大發(fā)明對世界的巨大貢獻，感受作為中國人的自豪感，熱愛我們的國家。 3.通過造紙術(shù)的過程圖片對學(xué)生進行中國文化教育，激發(fā)愛國主義熱情。   ? 語用目標：1.學(xué)生能夠運用句型結(jié)構(gòu)... is important. Chinese people invented ... 進行真實的表達。2. 學(xué)生能夠運用過去時態(tài)描述人類過去的發(fā)明，主要運用句型Chinese people invented ...介紹中國的發(fā)明。六、Teaching Procedure:Step 1: Warm-up Greetings: T: Let’s begin our class, OK? Good morning，boys and girls!Ss: Good morning, Miss 沈.Sing a song.     Step 2:  ReciewT: Now Let’s have a review. T: Well done! You are very clever! Step3: Lead in （引入）T：What nationality are we ? Are you Chinese？Ss: We are Chinese.T: Yes! As a Chinese, I feel very pride. Because Chinese are very clever. Chinese people invented important things. Step4: Presentation1. T: What important things did Chinese people invent? ( 聽第一遍錄音，回答問題：中國人發(fā)明了什么重要的事物？)  Chinese people invented paper.Chinese people invented printing. 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答問題，并學(xué)習(xí)單詞paper（紙張）和printing（印刷術(shù)）。Chinese people invented …  利用重點句型，操練PPT上出示的圖片paper和printing.2. Listen again and answer questions. What do we print?  We print books and newspapers. What did Sam print?   He printed this newspaper.3. Listen and imitate.（聽第三遍錄音，請生模仿課文錄音讀）Work in groups and read the text fluently and emotionally.         Have a show.Step5 : PractiseLet’s practise: What other things did Chinese people invent? kite   chopsticks    flute   Chinese people invented …. Step6: 拓展提升 T: Chinese people are so great. Let’s do something for her. Let’s paint a picture for her . Then show it. Step 7 : Summary結(jié)合這幅畫里的課堂評價來小結(jié)今天所學(xué)知識。 What have we learned today?Step8:  Homework作業(yè)Listen and read the text at least 15 minutes.You can paint a picture like this and share it with your classmates next class.
