Key vocabulary:  support, enter, choice...get in the way of, achieve dreams, be serious about…, spend time on…, care about...2. Key sentences: a. Teenagers often think they should be allowed to practice their hobbies as much as they want. b. He needs to think about what will happen if he doesn't end up as a professional runner.c. I think I should be allowed to decide for myself. d. Only then will I have a chance to achieve my dream.3. Structure:should+be allowed to 教學(xué)難點(diǎn):To understand the story of Liu Yu and express your own opinions.教學(xué)過程(表格描述)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)主要教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)置意圖Step 1Lead-in (PPT 3-5)Show some exercises for Ss to review what we learnt last lesson. 2. Practice the phrases and the grammar. 通過做練習(xí)復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課所學(xué)的內(nèi)容。Step 2 Pre-reading(PPT 6-9)Ask Ss to have a free talk like the following:Could you do what you want at home? What will happen if you want to make your own decisions? What is your dream job?Do your parents support your dream?  If they don’t, what should you do?Work on 2a. Ask Ss to discuss the questions in  groups.Are you allowed to make your own decisions at home?What kinds of decisions?觀察圖片,回答幾個(gè)問題,并且進(jìn)行討論,導(dǎo)入2b課文。Step 3While-reading(PPT 10-22)Work on 2b. 1. Ask Ss to read the instruction in 2b. Then look at the title of the passage. Answer yes or no. 2. Make Ss read the passage carefully and complete the following tasks.Read the passage and circle T or F. Read paragraph 1 and answer the questions. Read paragraph 2 and fill in the blanks. Read paragraph 3 and fill in the blanks. Read paragraph 4 and fill in the chart.Read paragraph 5 and fill in the blanks.3. Check answers in class.為了讓學(xué)生更深刻的理解每一段所表達(dá)的段落大意和深層內(nèi)涵,本課時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)課文細(xì)讀部分的閱讀任務(wù),讓學(xué)生帶著問題閱讀。從而提高他們的英語閱讀能力以及分析解決問題的能力。Step 4Post-reading(PPT 23)Ask Ss to think and have a debate:  Should Liu Yu be allowed to make his own decisions?閱讀之后進(jìn)行討論,劉宇應(yīng)該被允許自己決定嗎?Step 5Practice(PPT 24-29)Work on 2c. Make Ss read the passage again and answer questions. Check answers and encourage Ss to express their opinions bravely.Work on 2d.Ask Ss read the words in bold in 2d, make sure they know the meanings. Then make them look in the passage for the words, read the sentences. Then use them to complete sentences.Call some Ss to read their sentences.3.Work on 2e. Make Ss discuss the questions with a partner. Remind them to use the information in the passage to support their opinions.What is your dream job?Do your parents support your dream?  閱讀課文之后,完成2c、2d的相關(guān)題目,針對(duì)課文中的語段內(nèi)容、詞匯練習(xí)。尤其是2d中的短語造句,這是本課時(shí)的閱讀策略,之后針對(duì)2e的問題進(jìn)行討論。這是閱讀之后的輸出。Step 6Summary(PPT 30)Summarize the key words, target languages of this lesson.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的歸納重點(diǎn)的能力。Step 7Language points(PPT 31-46)1.Ask some Ss to read the language points so that they can understand the language points deeply. 2. Explain the usage of support, need, enter, succeed. 3. Explain the usage of get in the way of ,end up, Only then will I have.   閱讀這些語言點(diǎn)使學(xué)生加深對(duì)這些單詞、短語以及句型的理解。Step 8Exercises(PPT 47-52)Do these exercises to practice the language points.通過短語匹配、詞填空單選及完成句子等形式練習(xí)所學(xué)的語言點(diǎn)。Step 9中考鏈接(PPT 53) Do the exercises to practice must be done.精選中考題練習(xí) must be done 的用法。Step 10Homework (PPT 56)1. Read 2b and recite the expressions. 2. Make sentences with the bold words in 2d.Write them in the exercise books. 設(shè)計(jì)該作業(yè)使學(xué)生們熟練運(yùn)用所學(xué)的單詞和短語,深入而理解本課時(shí)的2b課文。板書設(shè)計(jì)Unit 7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes.Section B (2a-2e)1. Teenagers often think they should be allowed to practice their hobbies as much as they want. 2. He needs to think about what will happen if he doesn't end up as a professional runner.3. My parents have always taught me how important it is to work hard at school and enter university. 4. I'm serious about running. 5. Only then will I have a chance to achieve my dream.教學(xué)反思1. 反復(fù)練習(xí)should be done使學(xué)生熟練運(yùn)用。2. 除了學(xué)習(xí)本文的語言點(diǎn)之外,還應(yīng)該培養(yǎng)學(xué)生將所學(xué)的短語、句型熟練運(yùn)用。
