Unit 2 It's the middle of winter 【第二課時】【教學目標】知識目標1．復習Let's talk中所學的單詞、句型和課文內容。2．完成Fun with language中的相關知識內容教學。能力目標1．Can revise the names of months and the names of the seasons. 2．通過復習，學生能熟練運用句型What's your favourite season?情感目標在教學的知識內容中，滲透對美好事物的贊美來陶冶情操，培養(yǎng)學生對英語的自信心。【教學重難點】重點：Fun with language內容的學習與完成。難點：To listen, with understanding to the names of the months.【教學準備】圖片、多媒體教學設備等。【教學過程】I．Warming up1．Greeting.2．Sing the song: “Seasons”.3．Every day English:What's your favourite season?My favourite season is…What day is it today?What's the date today?4．Go over the words and tasks of Unit 2.II．Presentation and Practice1．Teach “Listen and choose”.（1）Revise the names of the months with the pupils. （2）Call out a number for pupils to say the months.（3）Revise the names of the season.（4）Play the recording and let the pupils do the exercise.（5）Check the answers.2．Learn “Read and write”.（1）Revise the vocabulary for talking about the seasons and months.（2）Invite the pupils to tell you the duration of each season in China, then in Australia.（3）Do the exercise.（4）Check the answers.3．Teach “Play a game”.（1）Revise the names of seasons and months.（2）Revise also the language for talking about the activities for various seasons.（3）Let the pupils work in pairs. Pupil A thinks of an activity in China or Australia, and describes it to Pupil B, who will guess the country.4．Learn “Do the project”.III．DevelopmentTalk about the others' favourite season.【作業(yè)布置】1．Read the words and dialogue of Unit 22．Finish the Activity Book of Unit 2.
