    Unit5   Do you want to watch a game showSection A 1a-2c 課標(biāo)依據(jù)聽:1能聽懂接近自然語速、熟悉話題的簡單語段、識別主題、獲取主要信息。2.能聽懂簡單故事的情節(jié)發(fā)展、理解其中主要人物和事件。3.能聽懂連續(xù)的指令并據(jù)此完成任務(wù)。說:1.能引出話題并進(jìn)行幾個(gè)話題的交談。2.能在老師幫助下或根據(jù)圖片用簡單語言描述自己或他人的經(jīng)歷。3.能在教師的指導(dǎo)下參與角色表演等活動。4.能在上述口語活動中使用正確的語音、語調(diào)。一、教材分析Section A部分通過圖文將學(xué)生帶入談?wù)撾娨暪?jié)目的語境中,并呈現(xiàn)不同電視節(jié)目類型的表達(dá)方式,以及句型:A:What do you think of ?B: I dont mind them. (I cant stand them. I love watching them.用來表達(dá)對各類電視節(jié)目的偏好。本部分還呈現(xiàn)了談?wù)撚?jì)劃和安排的句型,A:Do you want to watch the news? B: Yes, I do. (No, I dont.) A: What do you plan to watch on TV tonight? B: I plan to watch Days of our Past.主要學(xué)習(xí)不定式作賓語的用法,本部分出現(xiàn)的幾個(gè)不定式有: want to do, plan to do, expect to do , hope to do等。 1a的主題圖呈現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)孩子手拿遙控器選電視節(jié)目的情景,他們在談?wù)撟约合矚g哪種電視節(jié)目,圖中呈現(xiàn)了七種不同的電視節(jié)目類型?;顒?/span>1b以聽力對話的形式再現(xiàn)了表達(dá)對不同節(jié)目類型的偏好的句式,還呈現(xiàn)了談?wù)撚?jì)劃和安排的句型I Plan(want)to . Do you want to join me? What do you want to watch?讓學(xué)生初步感知不定式的使用。活動1c主要讓學(xué)生模仿輸出詢問偏好的句型What do you think of ? 以及幾個(gè)表達(dá)喜好程度的短語 。課時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容主要是學(xué)生了解節(jié)目的種類,在此基礎(chǔ)上談?wù)撟约簩@些節(jié)目的看法。同時(shí)學(xué)會掌握動詞不定式做賓語的運(yùn)用。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       二、學(xué)情分析本單元涉及的是電視節(jié)目相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,學(xué)生學(xué)會這些節(jié)目的表達(dá)并會談?wù)撨@些節(jié)目的看法。學(xué)生對這些內(nèi)容比較有興趣。同時(shí)八年級學(xué)生具備了一定的合作探究式學(xué)習(xí)能力,我相信,本單元的學(xué)習(xí)一定是學(xué)生很感興趣的一個(gè)單元。本課的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容是對電視節(jié)目的種類了解;學(xué)習(xí)談?wù)搶﹄娨暪?jié)目的看法。學(xué)生都很喜歡看電視,因此這個(gè)話題貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際,也能充分激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,課上要引導(dǎo)他們用英語表達(dá)出不同的人對電視節(jié)目的不同偏好,并且陳述他們的看法和意見。學(xué)會詢問他人對某事物的看法及觀點(diǎn)的重要句型,準(zhǔn)確把握這些句子的運(yùn)用場合。其次,動詞不定式作賓語是首次在語法中出現(xiàn)也是難點(diǎn),課堂上要加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)和操練,可先從課本上出現(xiàn)的幾個(gè)入手,本節(jié)課不必拓展。 三、教學(xué)標(biāo)知識與技能1. 語言知識目標(biāo): 1) 能掌握以下單詞:sitcom, news, soap, educational, plan, hope, find out, discussion, stand, happen, 2) 能掌握以下句型: What do you want to watch?    What do you think of talk shows? I cant stand them.          I dont mind them. I like/love them. / I dont like them. 2) 能了解以下語法: 動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu)做動詞的賓語;后面接動詞不定式做賓語的動詞。 3)學(xué)會陳述自己的看法;學(xué)會談?wù)撟约旱南埠谩?/span>2. 情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀目標(biāo): 學(xué)會談?wù)摿餍形幕私飧黝愲娨暫碗娨暪?jié)目的名稱和自己的喜歡。 注意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們形成正 確的文化觀念,大力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們的跨文化意義,形成 自己獨(dú)立的個(gè)性。過程與方法敏銳把握當(dāng)下學(xué)生感興趣的節(jié)目,通過PPT展示和主題圖1a相關(guān)情境圖片呈現(xiàn)本單元的基本詞匯;通過內(nèi)容淺顯聽力輸入,學(xué)生經(jīng)歷聽力練習(xí)感知本單元目標(biāo)語言,包括詞匯和結(jié)構(gòu);主要以聽力輸入和口語輸出為主要教學(xué)形式,通過聽說法、小組交流法、教師引導(dǎo)法及點(diǎn)撥法,利用多媒體PPT、自制video輔助教學(xué)。主要采用任務(wù)性教學(xué)采取任務(wù)性教學(xué)方法,通過任務(wù)驅(qū)動,經(jīng)歷呈現(xiàn)任務(wù)-分析任務(wù)-完成任務(wù)-落實(shí)任務(wù)-總結(jié)評價(jià)的過程,促成語言教學(xué)目標(biāo)有效達(dá)成。情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀1. 激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,調(diào)動學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性,增強(qiáng)自信心引發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的動機(jī)。 2. 學(xué)會談?wù)摿餍形幕私飧黝愲娨暫碗娨暪?jié)目的名稱和自己的喜歡。 注意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生們形成正確的文化觀念,大力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們的跨文化意義,形成自己獨(dú)立的個(gè)性。 四、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)教學(xué)重點(diǎn)1) 學(xué)習(xí)掌握各類電視和電視節(jié)目的名稱。 2) 掌握動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu)做動詞的賓語。教學(xué)難點(diǎn)掌握動詞不定式結(jié)構(gòu)做動詞的賓語五、教法學(xué)法任務(wù)教學(xué)法、點(diǎn)撥法、啟發(fā)式教學(xué)法。任務(wù)性學(xué)習(xí)法、聽說法、自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作交流、歸納總結(jié)、 六、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)師生活動設(shè)計(jì)意圖Step 1. Free talk by communicating with students: It’s raining for a long time. It’s a little cold outside, but my heart is warm because I can be here to have so many great students. You’re so great. But the weather is not so great.  What do you often do on rainy days?Do you like watching TV? What kind of TV shows do you like?Step 2:  Lead in  I asked some questions to lead in the new lesson and show the title to students.1. I let the students look at the pictures, try to name each of the TV show.2. Students learn the names of the TV shows. Step 3Pair work I told students to ask at least five classmates questions about TV shows in their group by using the target language.--- What do you want to watch?  --- A sports show. / Sports shows.Step 4: Listening I asked my students to listen and number the shows [1-4] in the order they heard them.1. T: Tell students to read the shows in the box. Make sure they know the meaning of the shows. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and number the shows1-4. 3. Check the answers with the Ss. Step 5: A small talkTomorrow is Friday!I plan to watch game shows tomorrow evening!What TV shows do you plan to watch? Step 6: Listening1.I got students to listen and fill in the blanks with the words they heard hear. (want to do, plan to do)2. I gave my students another chance to listen, and then choose correct phrases. (don’t mind, can’t stand)Step 7: PresentationActivity about matchingI got students to describe people or things using new languages such as love, like, don’t mind, don’t like and can’t stand.Step 8: Pair work1. I told my students to ask and answer with their partner two questions about different TV shows. Then report conversations to another pair.--- What do you think of ...?--- I ... them / it.2. I showed the video I made at home, which is about a conversation between my daughter and me. This activity can give students a good example to guide the next pair work.3. Role play in pairsMOM: Er..., I plan to watch sitcoms .         What do you want to watch?YOU:  What do you think of game shows,Mom?MOM: They're OK. I don't mind them.            (They're funny/ boring/ ... . I ... .)YOU:  Then let's watch a game show .      This activity can make students use all the new language together and it’s just “l(fā)isten to learn & learn to use”.Step 9: Discussion & Summary1. I drew a mind map to guide students to look back upon what they learned in this class. 2. After finishing the mind map, I encourage my students thumb up for themselves.Step 9: Homework1. Draw a mind map about the target language in this class.This task is about what they learned in this class.2. Talk about TV shows you plan to watch tomorrow evening with your friend and write down your conversation. This task is about what they can do after this class.借班上課,緩和師生緊張情緒,拉近距離,激發(fā)興趣。在談?wù)?/span>what they do at home時(shí),學(xué)生們一定會提到watch TV,我會由此帶著學(xué)生自然進(jìn)入本課主題。導(dǎo)入新課通過特征明顯,學(xué)生喜歡的呈現(xiàn)本課語言目標(biāo)。了解本單元的語言目標(biāo)為聽力做鋪墊。小組活動高密度對話以熟練掌握目標(biāo)詞匯。 通過內(nèi)容淺顯聽力輸入,學(xué)生經(jīng)歷聽力練習(xí)感知本單元目標(biāo)語言,包括詞匯和結(jié)構(gòu).   聽前準(zhǔn)備   聽:兩遍聽有兩個(gè)不同的任務(wù),即訓(xùn)練了聽的能力,又感知了目標(biāo)語言。 通過matching清晰明確地進(jìn)行新語言項(xiàng)目的教學(xué)。 通過口語輸出,再中感知本單元的語言目標(biāo)。  我與女兒的真實(shí)對話讓學(xué)生在課堂尾聲階段再次提起學(xué)習(xí)興趣。為積極投入下一段對話做好鋪墊。 強(qiáng)化合作交流意識,互幫互學(xué),共同進(jìn)步。   思維導(dǎo)圖:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思路清晰地進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。  兩項(xiàng)作業(yè),兩個(gè)目標(biāo),學(xué)生的語言和技能均得到訓(xùn)練。   宿州九中張巖
