能夠通過閱讀了解機器人發(fā)展的有關(guān)知識；
能熟練運用一般將來時來描繪未來的機器人；

能夠根據(jù)圖片和文章標題預(yù)測文章內(nèi)容；
能夠快速找出文章中心句并理解文章大意。
情感目標
通過本節(jié)課的學習鼓勵學生發(fā)揮想象，展望未來，樹立積極的理想信念并為之不斷努力。
教學重難點
讀懂文章并了解有關(guān)機器人的發(fā)展，同時能熟練運用一般將來時描述自己設(shè)計的未來機器人。
教學過程
（一）Warm-up
教師在黑板畫機器人簡筆圖的部分，讓學生猜測所畫內(nèi)容，導出本課時話題：rbt. 同時，在猜測過程中完成shape,human, disagree等生詞的教學。
（二）Presentatin
1. Befre Reading
學生觀察文章配圖并朗讀文章標題，預(yù)測文章內(nèi)容并做出選擇：
Q：What is the passage prbably abut?
A: It’s abut the histry f rbts.
B: It’s abut rbts in the future.
2. Fast Reading
（1）學生快速閱讀文章，將每一自然段與所討論的問題連線。
（2）教師引導學生找出各段中的關(guān)鍵句來說明為什么這樣選。
3. Careful Reading （以逐段完成表格形式整體呈現(xiàn)）
教師設(shè)計表格，讓學生逐段仔細閱讀，然后回答問題，繼而用學生答案的關(guān)鍵詞來不斷補充表格內(nèi)容，形成一條主線。

After Reading
讀完文章后，再引導學生思考并回答：Des the writer think peple will have their wn rbt? 要求學生找出文中句子來說明。
逐段復(fù)述課文
教師呈現(xiàn)各段有關(guān)的圖片及關(guān)鍵詞，讓學生自己組織語言復(fù)述各段主要內(nèi)容并展示。
Grup Wrk
學生小組討論，在導學單上設(shè)計并畫一個自己小組心目中的未來機器人，并用所給的句型框架來具體描述自己的機器人長什么樣，會做什么。最后在實物投影儀上展示。
