We can use sme in questins when we are making ffers and requests. We use it when we expect the answert be “yes”. E.g.: Wuld yu like sme tea? Can I have sme ranges?
sme 和 any 都表示 “一些”sme 用于肯定陳述句中，any 用于否定句或疑問句中，但是如果是表示建議或者要求的委婉語氣的一般疑問句，并且提問者期望對方肯定回答時候也用sme, 而不用any.
sme和any 既可以修飾可數(shù)名詞又可以修飾不可數(shù)名詞, sme常用在肯定句中, 而any則常用在否定和疑問句中。所以, sme 和 any 的區(qū)別在于: sme和any 的用法主要是考慮用在肯定句、疑問句還是否定句中, 與名詞的可數(shù)與否無關(guān)。

sme的用法: sme意為“一些”，可作形容詞和代詞。它常修飾可數(shù)名詞復數(shù)。如：sme bks 一些書， sme bys 一些男孩， 也可修飾不可數(shù)名詞： sme water 一些水，sme tea 一些茶葉，
sme 常用在肯定句中。
any的用法: any意為“任何一些”，它也可修飾可數(shù)名詞復數(shù)或不可數(shù)名詞，常用于疑問句和否定句。如： I can’t see any tea. 我沒看見茶葉。 D yu have any friends at schl? 你在學校有些朋友嗎?
但在表示建議，反問，請求的疑問句中，或期望得到肯定回答時，多用sme而不用any。如：Wuld yu like sme cffee? 你要不要來點咖啡? Hw abut sme fruit juice? 來點水果汁如何?
當any表示“任何”的意義，起強調(diào)作用時，它可以用在肯定句中； 如：Any student can answer this questin. 任何學生都可以回答這個問題。
