    There is a very simple exercise that can help yu recall yur dreams.Befre ging t bed,fr at least 24 days (It takes arund 24 days t frm a habit),keep telling yurself that “I will remember all my dreams”.Atfirst,yu may nt see any results at all,but dn’t be alarmed by that.Just keep ding it.After a while yu will ntice that vague memries f yur dreams will linger (繼續(xù)存留) in yur mind when yu wake up.These may fade away after a while,s make a nte f it n yur mbile phne r in a bk.As yu cntinue t d this,yu will ntice that it’s nt just ne dream that cmes back t yu but a number f dreams.
    Nw the fun desn’t just stp there.Try t understand what yur dreams mean;see if they apply t sme things that are happening in yur everyday life.Many f the prblems we struggle with have already been slved in ur amazing mind.It is all lcked away in ur subcnsciusness waiting t be discvered.These answers cme t us in the frm f dreams.
