It is imprtant that yu regularly stimulate yur brain t make yur memry mre efficient. Fr example, yu can d activities that yu d nt usually d and change yur daily habits. Learning a new skill helps yur brain develp. When trying t memrize smething, yu shuld fcus yur attentin and cncentrate n the mst imprtant things abut it. D nt allw ther thughts t enter yur mind because this will lwer yur chances f remembering things accurately.
An excellent way t help memry is t link infrmatin with pictures. Try t see the images in yur mind. Taking ntes, being rganized and keeping a diary will als be useful tls.

Healthy fd and plenty f vitamins are essential fr yur memry t wrk prperly. Drinking a lt f water als helps maintain yur memry. Yu must allw yur brain t have enugh sleep and rest t. When yu are asleep, yur brain stres memry. Nt enugh sleep can, therefre, cause prblems with string infrmatin. In additin, being tired will stp yu frm being able t cncentrate well. Caffeine in tea and cffee is very gd at preventing sleepiness and helping cncentratin, but sme peple believe they may cause prblems with memry.
In rder t cncentrate well, yu must be relaxed. Generally keeping fit and having regular health checks are bth imprtant as well, and nt just fr imprving yur memry.
