Su Yiming, a Chinese snowboarder, believes the two Olympic medals he won at the Beijing Winter Games were the best gifts for his 18th birthday.

The “Double Reduction” policy was put into effect last year. As a student, I support this policy. I feel great for our students. It has had a great impact on my life. The pressure from school has been reduced. I don’t have to attend after-school classes. I also have more time to control myself. For example, I can do more physical exercise. It will make me happier. In addition, I can also spend more time at home to help my parents do some housework. If the school gives us another half an hour of sports time every day, I believe our body and mind will be healthier and we will make much progress.
