“Maddy the Mnster”是冀教版小學(xué)英語(yǔ)四年級(jí)第三單元的一節(jié)故事課，第三單元的主題是“All abut me”, 本單元已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)詢問(wèn)與回答年齡、生日、身高、住址、上學(xué)方式及喜歡做的事情，與學(xué)生生活緊密聯(lián)系，為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)交流打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。本節(jié)課為一節(jié)故事課，圍繞兩個(gè)主人公Maddy和Anna的年齡、身高、住址等來(lái)創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，鍛煉學(xué)生的閱讀能力和口語(yǔ)交際能力。
二、學(xué)生分析
四年級(jí)的學(xué)生通過(guò)一年半的英語(yǔ)的入門(mén)學(xué)習(xí)，已經(jīng)積累了一定數(shù)量的詞匯和語(yǔ)句，可以完成簡(jiǎn)單的日常對(duì)話，這就為本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。而本節(jié)課是以一個(gè)mnster為主人公展開(kāi)，能充分激發(fā)學(xué)生的想象力，使其樂(lè)于表演。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1）知識(shí)目標(biāo)：
a.學(xué)生能夠利用上下文、插圖以及已有的知識(shí)理解故事內(nèi)容，把握細(xì)節(jié)信息。
b.學(xué)生能在圖片或教師幫助下表演故事。
2）能力目標(biāo)
a. 學(xué)生能夠聽(tīng)懂和理解這個(gè)故事。
b .學(xué)生能夠就故事進(jìn)行提問(wèn)和回答。
c .學(xué)生能夠根據(jù)圖片和圖表復(fù)述這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的故事。
3）情感、態(tài)度、價(jià)值觀
通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)本課故事，激發(fā)學(xué)生讀英語(yǔ)小故事的興趣，增強(qiáng)給他人講英語(yǔ)故事的自信心。
四、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)
重點(diǎn)：a .復(fù)習(xí)本單元重要句型.
b .通過(guò)讀故事，提高學(xué)生的閱讀及聽(tīng)力理解能力，培養(yǎng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
難點(diǎn)：聽(tīng)懂并理解故事內(nèi)容，并能運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交際。

1. 觀看flash動(dòng)畫(huà)，讓學(xué)生整體感知故事。
老師先簡(jiǎn)單介紹Maddy，學(xué)生通過(guò)看動(dòng)畫(huà)視頻，獲得有關(guān)Maddy的知識(shí)。
