Lesson36 Classroom Olympics           教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與案例    教材分析 本課是八年級(jí)下冊(cè)第六單元最后一 課,是一節(jié)閱讀課。本課通過 Jenny寫給Li Ming 的一封信,介紹了她的班級(jí)這周所舉行的奧運(yùn)會(huì)情況,并特別介紹了Danny 發(fā)明的Jump over the Dinosaur的賽事,要求學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)并運(yùn)用新的詞匯,以及表達(dá)順序關(guān)系的詞或詞組,談?wù)?/span>班級(jí)成員設(shè)計(jì)的奧運(yùn)會(huì)活動(dòng)。    學(xué)情分析 到八年級(jí)下半年,學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)有了一定的基礎(chǔ),詞匯量、閱讀能力、寫作能力都處于上升階段,如何讓學(xué)生在難度逐漸增加、詞匯量逐漸增大的情況下,保持并提高英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,是八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵。     教學(xué)目標(biāo)      語(yǔ)言知識(shí)目標(biāo) 掌握詞匯:rope, result, race, twentieth, none學(xué)習(xí)短語(yǔ):come in twentieth牢記句型結(jié)構(gòu):None of us could catch him.復(fù)習(xí)語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu):含有特殊疑問詞的賓語(yǔ)從句(We used a watch to see who was the fastest.) 比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)(I was two seconds slower than Danny.)  能力目標(biāo) The students can describe the Classroom   Olympics in English to others.情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀 Don't lose heart, just be yourself. (takes/take)None of the boys ______(be) good at dancing. (is/are)       We used a watch to see who was the              fastest. (含有特殊疑問詞的賓語(yǔ)從句:賓語(yǔ)從句,陳述語(yǔ)序)Eg:Can you tell me _______ he  _____ ?(他住在哪里) ?(where , lives )I want to know _____ we ______ _____ (我們應(yīng)該干什么) next.  (  what, should ,do)       I was only two seconds slower than Danny.        Eg:Lisa jumps farther than Jenny in the long               jump. ( 1.97m >1.87m )             Danny was the fastest in the Jump overthe Dinosaur event. (180/min>169/min)    Danny jumps slower than Brian in the jump. (135/min<155/min)       S: Sandra does the most sit-ups in the classroom Olympics. (45/min>40/min>39/min)  T:  Quite good. Now,everybody. Lets get to the group work. (PPT19)       In the book, we know Danny created an event. Its name is Jump over the Dinosaur. What do we  need for the event? What else do we need? What rules should we obey?(通過思維導(dǎo)圖方式,并借助教具演示來讓學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)思維拓展延伸所學(xué)知識(shí)。對(duì)于教材中的文本活動(dòng)步驟:叫三名學(xué)生到講臺(tái)前示范丹尼創(chuàng)作的event :Two students hold the cardboard, one student follow my words and perform it.(學(xué)生們大笑了)  T:  Is it interesting?   S: Yes! T:Danny created an interesting event. And I am sure you can do it, too. Are you sure ? S: Yes. T: Now, lets design our own classroom Olympic event.  Five students a group and you should consider the mind map on PPT20.                 聽力訓(xùn)練是語(yǔ)言交際的一種重要形式,是檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生掌握英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行聽力訓(xùn)練可以教會(huì)他們區(qū)分和模仿正確的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)。同時(shí),設(shè)置聽力任務(wù),有助于學(xué)生理解聽力素材,提高聽力訓(xùn)練效果。 1)通過設(shè)置問題來訓(xùn)練學(xué)生尋讀的能力和做題技巧。     3)     大聲朗讀,模仿聽力訓(xùn)練中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的語(yǔ)音,并通過尋讀標(biāo)注本課的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),為下一步學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)做鋪墊。                 處理Language points  有助于學(xué)生掌握一些固定的語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)或句式結(jié)構(gòu),是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)積累的有效途徑。                       讓學(xué)生們自己來表演Jump over the Dinosaur, 可以激發(fā)他們的文本學(xué)習(xí)興趣,也讓他們了解到活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)要有可操作性。          思維導(dǎo)圖是近幾年白銀市英語(yǔ)中考作文考試中最廣泛采用的圖式,可以簡(jiǎn)潔明了的表達(dá)中心思想,有利于訓(xùn)練學(xué)生抓住寫作重點(diǎn)。

Lets  show everybody.Some groups introduce and perform  their   events.(five groups showed their events)T: Everybody, I think you all invented interesting events, however, we have no time   to show here. But it doesnt matter, you can do them after class, yes? Goodbye!)      作業(yè)情況通過分層次來布置,對(duì)于待提高學(xué)生而言可以起到加強(qiáng)鞏固基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的作用,讓他們盡可能保質(zhì)保量完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù);對(duì)于中等水平的學(xué)生而言,通過對(duì)語(yǔ)篇的總結(jié)與復(fù)述,讓他們運(yùn)用一定的語(yǔ)言技能,使學(xué)習(xí)效果有所提高與拓展;對(duì)于優(yōu)等生而言,使他們能夠綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)語(yǔ)言,培養(yǎng)邏輯思維能力和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力??傊?,分層布置作業(yè)可以讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)成功的喜悅,教師可以關(guān)注到每一位學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)。 Teaching reflection本節(jié)課的設(shè)計(jì)通過:閱讀前-閱讀中-閱讀后,這三大部分展開。將閱讀課與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)課綜合,將枯燥的聽說讀寫練習(xí)與綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力相結(jié)合,把學(xué)生們的學(xué)校生活融于英語(yǔ)教學(xué),這大大提高了他們英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)興趣。 同時(shí),學(xué)生們?cè)凇白鲋袑W(xué)”的教育理念指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)知識(shí)的記憶更加深刻,運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)靈活處理信息的能力也有較大的改進(jìn)。本課的不足之處在于:學(xué)生游戲時(shí),我臨時(shí)充當(dāng)裁判唱歌部分,如果當(dāng)時(shí)能想到唱英語(yǔ)歌曲會(huì)更好一些。在內(nèi)化學(xué)生的情感目標(biāo)時(shí),孩子們?nèi)裟芤鞒?/span>GOOD LUCK TO YOU 比單純的欣賞更能激發(fā)興趣,也更有利于培養(yǎng)他們的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。通過學(xué)生們課堂活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)與展示環(huán)節(jié)的表現(xiàn),我發(fā)現(xiàn):給學(xué)生們布置合理的團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù),并規(guī)定任務(wù)時(shí)間,孩子們的協(xié)作能力和任務(wù)完成的效率完全超乎老師的想象:本班的四十名學(xué)生,是全級(jí) 十二個(gè)班級(jí)中各學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)偏差的,但孩子們還是在盡力的調(diào)動(dòng)自己的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備,盡量克服站在臺(tái)前的恐懼心理,為團(tuán)隊(duì)的利益貢獻(xiàn)自己的微小力量,對(duì)于孩子們的表現(xiàn),我很滿意也很受感動(dòng)。  有一組學(xué)生在活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),想到了將老師也納入他們的團(tuán)隊(duì),這是我始料未及的,但也從中可以看出:教師如果在平時(shí)的教育教學(xué)中多站在孩子們的角度考慮他們的處境,能換位思考孩子們的壓力和無奈,孩子們很容易將老師視為他們的良師益友,時(shí)時(shí)處處在人格上何和老師保持平等。
