1. 動詞作主語時，需要使用--ing形式，如：
Cooking can be fun.
Reading is good for us.
Dancing makes me happy.
2. yourself是反身代詞，意思是你自己，類似的詞還有：
myself 我自己 himself 他自己 herself 她自己 itself 它自己
ourselves 我們自己 yourselves 你們自己 themselves 他們/她們/它們自己
3.help sb. do sth. 的意思是“幫助某人做某事”
如：Billy often helps his father clean the kitchen.
4. It’s time to do sth. 的意思是“時候該做某事了”

一、 祈使句是用來表示命令、請求、指示等的句子，肯定句常用動詞原形開頭，否定句用Don’t+動詞原形開頭，
如：Dry the floor, please!
Do tell me if you need anything.
Don’t watch TV for too long.

二、 祈使句的句式構(gòu)成
●肯定結(jié)構(gòu):
1、Do型(即:動詞原形(+賓語)+其它成分)。
如:Please have a seat here. 請這邊坐。
有的祈使句在意思明確的情況下,動詞可省略。
如:This way, please. = Go this way, please. 請這邊走。

2、Be型(即:Be + 表語(名詞或形容詞)+其它成分)。
如:Be a good boy! 要做一個好孩子!

3、Let型(即:Let + 賓語 + 動詞原形 + 其它成分)。
如:Let me help you. 讓我來幫你。

●否定結(jié)構(gòu):
1、Do型和Be型的否定式都是在句首加don't構(gòu)成。
如:Don't forget me! 不要忘記我!
? ? Don't be late for school! 上學(xué)不要遲到!

2、 Let型的否定式有兩種:
1）“Don't + let + 賓語 + 動詞原形 + 其它成分”
2）“Let + 賓語 + not + 動詞原形 + 其它成分”
如:Don't let him go. / Let him not go. 別讓他走。

3、有些可用no開頭,用來表示禁止性的祈使句。
如:No smoking! 禁止吸煙!
? ? No fishing! 禁止釣魚!
