(新授單詞：map)
通過觀看圖片和動畫，回答問題，為課文導(dǎo)入做鋪墊。在了解西湖在中國的什么方位后，引出美國部分城市在美國所處的方位。



新知呈現(xiàn)

學(xué)生觀察圖片，了解課文內(nèi)容，獲取信息：從圖片中你能看到什么呢？

學(xué)生看第二個(gè)動畫，回答問題。

學(xué)生聽錄音，了解課文細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容，并回答問題。

引導(dǎo)學(xué)生聽錄音，了解課文細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容，并回答問題。


同時(shí)，練習(xí)本課重點(diǎn)句型：Where is it? It’s in the east/west/suth f ... .


讓學(xué)生回答：Where is New Yrk? Where is San Francisc? Hustn is in the suth, is it right?

讓學(xué)生看動畫并跟讀課文。
通過觀察圖片，認(rèn)識美國地圖，并學(xué)會美國地圖的英文表達(dá)方式，合理滲透外國文化，并自然過渡。再通過觀看動畫，先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答概括性的問題：Hw many cities d yu knw frm this vide? 最后通過聽力進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)處理，幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)一步梳理課文，從而能夠描述各個(gè)城市分別在美國的什么方位，對本課重點(diǎn)句型“It’s in the east/west /suth f ... .”進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和練習(xí)。
