“I think yu need a catchy slgan, ” said his friend,twirling(旋轉(zhuǎn))a pencil as he thught. “Hw abut Authentic and Apprachable: Always Ahmad? ”Ahmad beamed. “It’s gt a nice ring t it.”
“Yu need smething that peple will remember. They wn’t frget that Olivia was the furth-grade president last year and they’ll like the fact that she has experience, “his friend added. Ahmad ndded, grinning. “I knw, but I think I can bring sme fresh ideas. D yu knw Olivia’s plans fr the campaign?”
Olivia, meanwhile, sat at her kitchen table with her twin sister. They were eating cupcakes while discussing what t put n the signs they planned t make. At the center f the table were psterbard in bright clrs, markers, pens, clred pencils, and crayns.
“Where shuld we start?” asked her sister ,brushing the cream frm her hands. “What d yu want peple t knw abut yu?” Olivia raised her head and thught fr a mment. “I want them t knw I’m a hard wrker,“ she said, eyes bright and alert. “I have experience as class president. I als have a lt f ideas f making this a great schl year.” “Experience is truly imprtant,” cmmented her sister. “Dad nce tld me he wuld vte fr smene wh had prven t be the kind f leader he was lking fr in his cmpany.”
An enrmus grin spread acrss Olivia’s face. “What abut Olivia fr President-All Original, All Experience,” suggested her sister. “Oh, r Olivia fr President, Opprtunity fr All?“ “I like bth f thse, ”exclaimed Olivia.“ The first ne reminds the vters f my experience. The secnd ne lets them knw I will listen t their ideas and wrk fr and with them. ”Her wrds fell as she tk ut a fat red marker and began the first pster.

Each f us shuld learn frm his nble spirit f sacrificing neself t save thers.” I want t learn frm the best. I suggest that Olivia stay n as fifth-grade president when she gets well again. I’d be happy t be his assistant, if he desn’t mind. It was a thunderus vatin, and bth men deserved it. The tw men embraced and smiled in a warm rund f applause.
