I was cmpletely shcked by the news. Glmy and desperate, I sat silently in the rm fr what seemed like ages, unsure f what t d next. Surprisingly, all my wrries suddenly disappeared and a wave f cnfidence washed ver me. I was cmpletely immersed in the jy f perfrming and the audience was spellbund by the passin in my vice. When I finished my sng, the whle hall burst int applause. Tears f jy welled up in my eyes as Emma presented a big bunch f flwers t me, and my mum std near, winking at us. Frm that day frward, I learned that by vercming fears and self-dubts, we can make a difference.
