2.I was quite nervus then.那時(shí)我很緊張?!?1)【辨析】quite與very二者都是副詞,都含有“很,非?!敝狻^(qū)別如下:①quite的程度小于very;quite可直接修飾動(dòng)詞,而very則不能。如:Nw she quite enjys her jb.現(xiàn)在她很喜歡自己的工作。②quite可以修飾沒有等級(jí)之分的形容詞,如perfect(完美的)、impssible(不可能的)、right(正確的)、sure(確信的)、ready(準(zhǔn)備好的)等等,而這些詞不可以用very來修飾。quite在修飾此類形容詞時(shí),意為“完全,絕對(duì)”。如: It's quite impssible t finish the jb in such a shrt time.在這么短的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成這項(xiàng)工作是絕不可能的。
③quite用于修飾名詞時(shí),常用“quite+限定詞(+adj.)+名詞”結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)名詞前有形容詞時(shí),相當(dāng)于“限定詞+very+adj.+名詞”。如:He is quite a gd student.=He is a very gd student.他是個(gè)非常不錯(cuò)的學(xué)生。 ④quite可修飾介詞短語,very則不能。但是very可以直接修飾名詞,意為“正是,就是”,表強(qiáng)調(diào)。如:I am nw quite ut f mney.我現(xiàn)在完全沒有錢了。This is the very bk that I lk fr.這正是我尋找的那本書。
(2)nervus是形容詞,意為“緊張的,不安的”。常用短語:be/feel nervus abut sth.對(duì)某事物感到不安。如:I am always nervus when I speak in public.我在公共場(chǎng)所發(fā)言時(shí)總是很緊張。  
3.Nw I feel quite cmfrtable and relaxed.現(xiàn)在我感覺非常舒服和放松。(1)cmfrtable是形容詞,意為“舒適的,舒服的”。它是由名詞cmfrt加上形容詞后綴-able構(gòu)成的。其反義詞為uncmfrtable(不舒服的)。如:Tday's weather is very cmfrtable.今天天氣真舒服?! ?br/>(2)【辨析】relaxed與relaxingrelaxed形容詞,意為“感到放松的”。常用來修飾人,表示人的感受,在句中常作表語。relaxing形容詞,意為“令人放松的”。它既可作表語也可作定語,常用來修飾物;作定語時(shí)偶爾可以用來修飾人。 一言辨異The relaxing mvie makes us feel relaxed.這部令人放松的電影讓我們感到很輕松?!?br/>4.My students are wnderful and the ther teachers are always helpful.我的學(xué)生很棒,其他老師總是非常有幫助的?!elpful是形容詞,意為“有幫助的,有用的”。該詞是由動(dòng)詞help加上形容詞后綴-ful構(gòu)成的,既可作表語也可作定語。其反義詞為helpless(沒用的)。常用短語:be helpful t對(duì)……有幫助。如:The cmputer is very helpful t my study.這臺(tái)電腦對(duì)我的學(xué)習(xí)很有幫助。
5.Chinese students wrk very hard. 中國學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)非常努力。hard在句中為副詞,修飾動(dòng)詞wrk。該詞用法有以下幾點(diǎn):①作副詞,意為“努力地;辛苦地;(雨)猛烈地”,用來修飾動(dòng)詞時(shí),位于動(dòng)詞之后。如:Every student shuld study hard t get gd marks.每個(gè)學(xué)生都應(yīng)該努力學(xué)習(xí)獲取高分。②作形容詞,意為“困難的,費(fèi)力的;堅(jiān)硬的,堅(jiān)固的”。當(dāng)其表示“困難的,費(fèi)力的”時(shí),其同義詞為difficult,反義詞為easy(容易的);當(dāng)其表示“堅(jiān)硬的”時(shí),反義詞為sft(柔軟的)。如:It is hard/difficult t wrk ut this math prblem.算出這道數(shù)學(xué)題很難。
