第二節(jié) (滿分25分)
One pssible versin:
Then, I walked twards the wman with hpe. As I drew near, she turned back and was shcked t spt me. I aplgized and explained ur prblem. Luckily, she culd understand what I said. “Culd yu give us sme directins? That is my friend,” I added, pinting t Dris, wh was still under that tree. The wman managed a friendly nd and a gentle smile. She seemed t relax as she inspected us and asked where we were trying t g. Then she attempted t give us directins in understandable English.
I fund her explanatin f directins nly cnfused us, hwever hard she tried. Then the wman suggested, “Get ... in car, and ... I take yu back.” We hesitated, cncerned abut siling her car seats with ur wet clthes and bags, but the kind stranger insisted. Our exhaustin gt the better f us, s we accepted her ffer. T ur excitement, sn we reached ur htel. When we ffered her fees, she just declined and wished us a gd night. Waving gdbye t her, we watched her drive away int the darkness. Althugh we were cld, ur hearts were warm.

M: OK. I gt my vacatin early this year s as sn as schl’s ut, the first f June, we have tw weeks t have fun. We’ve talked abut this befre and have chsen tw pssibilities: a trip acrss Canada r explre Flrida. Which will it be?
W: I’d like t g t Flrida. I’ve always wanted t visit Orland.
M: We shuld get n the Internet and check flight schedules as sn as pssible. I remember a ticket csts $500. They may still have that prmtin where a secnd persn flies fr half price. That means the fur f us can g fr the cst f three.

(Text 10)
W: Planning a schedule that includes time fr studies, sprts, part-time wrk and free time can be a challenge. Tday we have Dr Tny with us t talk abut hw t plan a schedule.
M: Well, the gd way t start is t make a plan fr each day f the week and then try t balance yur time s yu can include everything. Here are sme guidelines that may help yu. First, we start with the twenty-fur hurs we all have in every day. If we take ut eight hurs fr ur sleep time, that leaves sixteen hurs t divide amng the ther activities. Attendance at schl takes abut six hurs and hmewrk abut tw, fr a ttal f eight. That leaves us eight hurs fr sprts, wrk and free time. Remember, thse guidelines are flexible and yu must adjust them t yur particular needs. Weekends are different since we dn’t have t attend schl. Here we can usually fcus n certain activities such as sprts r part-time wrk and free time. We can see ur friends and spend mre time with ur family. If yu make a schedule and try t keep t it, yu will sn develp the habit f ding each task during its planned time and will be satisfied that yu can cmfrtably d everything yu have t d.
