D nt live in the past whether yu are thinking abut yur persnality r yur life; success means fcusing n the here and nw. While it is imprtant t acknwledge the chices and experiences which resulted in yu being where yu are tday, it is equally imprtant nt t allw yurself t becme s caught up in thughts f the past that the present day passes yu by.

Yu may have had ne r mre errrs in judgment which led yu t take the wrng path, r t make mistakes that were nt in yur best interest. Yu can acknwledge this withut rehashing (重復(fù)談?wù)? them ver and ver again in yur mind, and simply be determined t make different, better decisins tday.
Then is ver; this is nw. The less time and effrt yu put int lking at the past, the mre yu will have fr living and experiencing this day. Yu will als find that letting g f the past will give yu a deeper sense f strength. Instead f allwing past mistakes and wrries t drain yur energies, yu will have a renewed energy t live yur life t the fullest and enjy it mre.
Being cntent with yurself and ptimistic (樂觀的) abut yur future is nt difficult. Whatever is in the past is ver; learn frm it and mve n. When yu are self-mtivated enugh t d this, yu will see that mving ahead is the best definitin f living life.
With that said, what can yu d nw? Sure it is easy fr me t tell yu t frget the past, yet it is a whle different practice t actually d it. Life is a cmplex set f events, much f which f curse is real, yet a large amunt is just yur view f what really happened.

Sme peple believe that greed and selfishness has becme the basis f mdern sciety, and we shuld return t the ld traditins f family and cmmunity then we will have a better life. T what extent d yu agree r disagree with the abve pinin?
In this fast-paced wrld, many values are underging majr changes. While peple traditinally priritize (區(qū)分) caring, sharing and genersity in life and wrk, mdern peple seem t be mre self-absrbed and self-cncerned.
Mdern peple act selfishly t survive the harsh cmpetitin f life. They say that it is a jungle ut there. T survive, yu have t fight with whatever means that cme handy. Obviusly greed and selfishness g perfectly well with such ideas. In a cmpany, emplyees d everything they can t get better pay and higher psitin, even at the cst f clleagues. We are in any way advcating (主張) any selfish cnduct. It is just that peple are pressured t act in a certain way due t utside influences.
In spite f cmmn practice, it is hard t cnclude that mdern sciety is built n greed and selfishness, bth f which are nt newly invented vcabulary. In ancient times peple als did greedy and selfish things thugh such behavirs were mre cndemned then. But we can nt ignre the fact that peple in the past lived a relatively mre islated life and faced less pressure cmpared with their mdern cunterparts.
Are we happier t share with thers and be generus t them? There is n fixed answer either. Sme peple take great pleasure helping and giving t thers while thers feel happy ding the ppsite. But I persnally think that peple shuld nt be t selfish. Caring fr thers can actually encurage the develpment f a mutually beneficial relatinship.
In cnclusin, mdern peple appear t be mre self-centered than thse in the past due t strng utside pressure. Hwever, we shuld encurage peple t knw the imprtance f being caring and generus and t build a mutually beneficial relatinship with thers.
