The next mrning, Kenneth’s parents drve him t schl. His heart was beating in his chest as they pulled up t the big brick building. He hugged his mm and dad, tk a deep breath, and stepped ut f the car. With each step twards the schl gate, his anxiety grew. He felt like he was walking int a whle new wrld.
Kenneth was greeted by a schl secretary, wh was very friendly. Seeing that Kenneth was nervus and shy, she decided t shw Kenneth arund the schl yard first. Kenneth was led t the mdern cmputer lab, the science lab, and the huge gym with a basketball curt where Kenneth imagined trying ut fr the schl team. As they walked arund, Kenneth gradually felt the schl seemed nice, starting t feel a little better.
Finally, they gt t the teaching building and headed fr Kenneth’s new classrm, and Kenneth’s heart started racing again. The schl secretary led him t the dr and gave Kennet h an encuraging smile.

It was scary at first, but it had led him t new experiences and friendships. He learned that he was strnger than he thught and that he culd adapt t new situatins.
