Asking fr help can be scary. We may wrry that ur request (請求) will be refused r that it will be a truble t the helper. But new research shws that peple are mre pleased t help ut than we think. And afterward, they ften feel better abut having helped than we expect.
Scientists made six tests. Altgether, mre than 2,100 peple participated (參加) in the research. In ne test, participants had t ask strangers t take their phts at a public garden. In anther, participants answered questins abut times when they had either asked fr r given help.
