M/W: In general, a healthy persn desn't smke. He keeps the healthy weight, eats healthily and exercises regularly. Here are a few ways yu can start living a healthy life withut making t many big changes t yur lifestyle.
First, get active. It is certainly an imprtant way t remain healthy. Yu can walk, run, play sprts, swim, climb, jump and mre. Ding activities like these will keep yu fit physically.
Secnd, eat healthily. Having a healthy diet is anther imprtant part f the healthy lifestyle. It can help yu cntrl yur weight. It can als imprve yur health and quality f life, as yu get lder.
Third, watch less TV. Once a week, turn ff the TV and d sme physical activities with yur family. Watching TV fr hurs every day will make fast weight gain mre likely.
Furth, d sme regular tasks, wrking in the garden, sweeping the flr, washing clthes. These kinds f activities can keep yu mving.
Last but nt least, keep yurself clean and keep yur surrundings clean. Ding this can create a healthy and psitive envirnment. such envirnment is very imprtant t a healthy lifestyle. Unclean places can nt nly make yu feel less cmfrtable but can als make yu sick.
