Feng Bya and Meng Shuqi fund that their city library didn’t have enugh Braille bks (盲文書籍) fr blind peple and many f the Braille bks were utdated. S, they teamed up t help the blind by fixing the prblem. Feng and Meng bth studied at N 37 Middle Schl in Taiyuan, Shanxi prvince. They invented a new kind f Braille reader.
