W: Yu started an rganizatin called Helping Ftprint last mnth. Culd yu tell us why yu wanted t d that?
M: I started it because I wanted t d smething fr thers.
W: What inspired yu t start the rganizatin?
M: It’s my parents. They were firefighters and they always tld me it’s imprtant t help thers. They were very happy when they heard f my idea f starting such an rganizatin.
W: S far what have yu dne fr thers?
M: I’ve delivered gift cards fr fd t six families and cut nine lawns with my brther. We plan t cut five lawns each week.
W: S what’s yur plan fr the future?
M: I plan t becme a Navy SEAL because helping thers is the right thing t d.

W: Chle Kim was brn in Lng Beach, Califrnia, in 2000. When Chle was 4, her father tk her t g snwbarding in Califrnia’s San Gabriel Muntains. Little Chle lved it. Chle shwed real skill, and sn she began t cmpete. At her first big cmpetitin, Chle wn three brnze medals. After furth grade, every weekend, her dad drve her t Mammth Muntain, a place that is mre than five hurs’ drive away. They wuld leave at 2:00 am t get there in time fr practice. She later began hmeschling s she’d have mre time t snwbard. The mre she cmpeted, the mre she realized that she lved t ww peple. By the time she was a teen, she had big dreams: she was ging t becme ne f the best snwbarders in the wrld. At 14, Chle wn a gld medal at the 2015 X Games. At the 2016 US Snwbarding Grand Prix, Chle was the first wman t take part in the halfpipe and land back-t-back 1080s. She cmpeted in Pyengchang, Suth Krea, in 2018 and wn a gld. She was the yungest female gld medalist n the curse.
