本課時重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)康健在美國購物經(jīng)歷的短文和一般現(xiàn)在時的被動語態(tài)。教學(xué)時通過一段有關(guān)中國制造的錄像導(dǎo)入新課;然后采用讀前預(yù)測,細(xì)讀與讀后輸出的方法,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生逐步理解課文;在單元語法教學(xué)中先讓學(xué)生通過找課文中的被動語態(tài)的句子感知和體驗被動句,然后歸納總結(jié),最后通過練習(xí)加以鞏固。

1. 主動語態(tài)和被動語態(tài)
主動語態(tài):主語是動作的執(zhí)行者。
被動語態(tài):主語是動作的承受者。
主動語態(tài):Mr. Gao cleans the house every day.
(主語 Mr. Gao是動作clean的執(zhí)行者)
被動語態(tài):The house is cleaned by Mr. Gao every day.
(主語 the house是動作clean的承受者)
2. 一般現(xiàn)在時的被動語態(tài)
構(gòu)成:助動詞am/is/are +及物動詞的過去分詞
用法:當(dāng)說話者不知道動作的執(zhí)行者,或者沒有必要指出動作的執(zhí)行者,或者只需強(qiáng)調(diào)動作的承受者時,可以用被動語態(tài)。

Step 7 Language points
1. No matter what you may buy, you might think those products were made in those countries. 無論你可能買什么,你也許認(rèn)為那些產(chǎn)品就是那些國家制造的。
no matter意為“無論;不論”,與what, who, when, where, how等疑問詞連用,引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句。在從句中,常用一般現(xiàn)在時表示將來,從句可放在主句前或主句后。
No matter what you say, I won’t believe you. 無論你說什么,我都不會相信你。
【拓展】“no matter+疑問詞”結(jié)構(gòu)相當(dāng)于“疑問詞-ever”。

2. He found it interesting that so many products in the local shops were made in China. 他發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個有趣的現(xiàn)象,在當(dāng)?shù)氐纳痰昀?,很多產(chǎn)品是中國制造的。
“find it +形容詞+that從句”意為“發(fā)現(xiàn)……是……的”,其中it是形式賓語,that引導(dǎo)的從句是真正的賓語,形容詞作賓語補(bǔ)足語。
I find it strange that she doesn’t want to go. 她居然不想去,我覺得奇怪。
3. He realized that Americans can hardly avoid buying products made in China. 他意識到美國人幾乎無法避免購買中國制造的產(chǎn)品。
avoid doing sth. 意為“避免做某事”。
Be careful to avoid breaking the glass. 當(dāng)心以免打破那個玻璃杯。
