教 案 設(shè) 計(jì) 教學(xué)內(nèi)容Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake? Section B Reading  一、         指導(dǎo)思想與理論依據(jù) 本章節(jié)，旨在英語閱讀課型承載下，注重對(duì)學(xué)生核心價(jià)值素養(yǎng)四個(gè)維度的培養(yǎng)。并在cooking的主題活動(dòng)下，將本節(jié)課作為單元整體教學(xué)的一部分，起到承上啟下的作用。既緊扣cooking (describe a process)， 還要為后面Section B的寫作打下扎實(shí)的語言基礎(chǔ)和積累寫作素材。二、         教學(xué)背景分析一. 教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析：Ⅰ學(xué)生已經(jīng)在本單元前面課學(xué)習(xí)了如何描述做一種食物的步驟（First, Next, Then, Finally.）Ⅱ學(xué)生已經(jīng)在前面學(xué)習(xí)了多種食物的英語名稱（milk shake, blender, spoon, oven, plate, salt, sugar…）對(duì)本單元的重點(diǎn)詞匯有一定的掌握，并且掌握了一些相關(guān)做食物動(dòng)作的詞匯（put, peel, pour, turn on…）。綜上所述，學(xué)生在前面的教學(xué)中對(duì)本單元的基本句型和重點(diǎn)語法有了一定了解和基礎(chǔ)，在本節(jié)課將注重學(xué)生跨文化意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)，通過中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日和傳統(tǒng)食物引出Thanksgiving in the United States 閱讀文本對(duì)西方國(guó)家的感恩節(jié)有很好的了解，并清楚如何制作感恩節(jié)主食turkey。 三．學(xué)生情況     學(xué)生對(duì)西方文化了解比較欠缺，感恩節(jié)對(duì)很多學(xué)生來說比較陌生。因此在閱讀教學(xué)過程中通過有趣的圖片，音頻和視頻來激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極參與到課堂中。三、教學(xué)目標(biāo) 一 教學(xué)目標(biāo)：本單元的話題是cooking, 功能是describe a process and follow instructions。作為閱讀課部分，在整體單元教學(xué)任務(wù)中，本著系統(tǒng)化原則，漸進(jìn)性原則，連貫性原則和有效性原則，閱讀教學(xué)的主要目的時(shí)教給學(xué)生正確的閱讀方法，閱讀技巧，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀能力。為繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)英語和運(yùn)用英語切實(shí)打好基礎(chǔ)。也為后面的寫作積累素材打下良好的語言基礎(chǔ)。 下面從初中英語核心素養(yǎng)的四個(gè)方面逐一分析教材內(nèi)容 語言能力：1.根據(jù)所提供的圖片能快速聯(lián)想到對(duì)應(yīng)的核心詞匯（Turkey， dumplings, moon cakes, oven…. 2. 在聽力訓(xùn)練前，能夠根據(jù)圖片進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。并能較好地完成聽力訓(xùn)練。 3.通過對(duì)making a turkey dinner 部分進(jìn)行聽力處理后，能夠跟老師一起完成英語趣配音的活動(dòng)復(fù)述做火雞的步驟 （English Dubbing）4. 模仿老師提供的范本，寫下學(xué)生想要感謝誰，想對(duì)他說什么，能為他做什么。學(xué)習(xí)能力：1.運(yùn)用一定的閱讀技巧完成老師給定的閱讀任務(wù)。 2. 能夠根據(jù)閱讀文本中對(duì)火雞做法的描述仿寫做另外一種中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)食物的步驟。 3.在老師的帶動(dòng)下，能夠用英文大膽的說出對(duì)父母，家人，朋友，老師的感謝。文化意識(shí)：1. 對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日（Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Day）及節(jié)日主食有所了解。2. 對(duì)美國(guó)感恩節(jié)有很好的了解（時(shí)間，原因，由來，如何慶祝。。。），并由此結(jié)合自己的情況深思自己想要感謝的人，想要對(duì)他說的話，想為他做的事情。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)感恩。思維品質(zhì)：1.通過討論中國(guó)人是否應(yīng)該慶祝感恩節(jié)，讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)批判性地思考問題。2. 通過mind map 有邏輯性地口述thanksgiving day.二 教學(xué)重點(diǎn)：Ⅰ重點(diǎn)詞匯：Thanksgiving, traditional, traveler , celebrate, fill, cover, mix…. Ⅱ重點(diǎn)語法：mix together, fill with, put in, place on, cover with, cut into pieces.Ⅲ重點(diǎn)句型：First, mix together some bread pieces, onions, salt and pepper.            Next, fill the turkey with this bread mix.            Then, put the turkey in a hot oven and cook it for a few hours.            When it is ready, place the turkey on a large plate and cover it with gravy.           Finally, cut the turkey into thin pieces and eat meat with vegetables like carrots and potatoes.  三 教學(xué)難點(diǎn)：運(yùn)用閱讀技巧scanning找到相關(guān)信息。根據(jù)mind map 口述感恩節(jié)的相關(guān)重要信息。  四、教學(xué)過程 教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)教師活動(dòng)學(xué)生活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)意圖教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)教師活動(dòng)學(xué)生活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)意圖  Warming up（熱身）       Show 2 pictures of two Chinese traditional days and their special food.Present a picture of turkey and ask students if Thanksgiving Day a Chinese special day.    Try to guess the food and speak out the days.   活躍氣氛吸引學(xué)生注意力，同時(shí)引出本節(jié)課的話題 Thanksgiving Day 并為下一個(gè)pre-reading環(huán)節(jié)做鋪墊。    Pre-reading 讀前  Show a video about Thanksgiving Day and ask students if Thanksgiving Day is a Chinese special day.  Tell the teacher if Thanksgiving Day a Chinese day by watching the short video about Thanksgiving Day.  引出本節(jié)課topic：Thanksgiving Day, 并讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生information gap，對(duì)接下來的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣和調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)性。  While-reading讀中(Para 1.)      Give students five questions about Thanksgiving Day and ask them to scan paragraph one and find the answers. Read paragraph one to find out when, where, how, why, what questions.Show their answers to the class. 讓學(xué)生練習(xí)并較好地運(yùn)用scanning快速找出5個(gè)問題的答案并大膽自信地給全班分享自己的答案。Show a video about the history of Thanksgiving Day. Let the students read the sentences telling about the history of Thanksgiving Day and fill in the blanks by using the words in paragraph one.Watch and listen carefully to get a good understanding of the story of Thanksgiving Day. Fill in the blanks after reading those sentences about the history of Thanksgiving Day.通過視頻和圖片讓學(xué)生更好的了解感恩節(jié)的由來。并檢測(cè)學(xué)生觀賞視頻和讀完故事后的掌握情況。同時(shí)加深學(xué)生的印象。     While-reading  讀中（Para 2.）listening  Ask students to predict according to the five pictures and play the audio material and ask them to order the five pictures.Think of some key words by seeing the pictures to get ready for the following listening task. And number the pictures 1 to 5. 通過聽力的形式處理火雞的制作方法及過程，讓學(xué)生在閱讀課中聽力也得到很好的訓(xùn)練。讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)通過看圖片來做預(yù)判。 Play the listening material again and ask the students to fill in the blanks.    Invite the students whose birthdays are in this month, November and give them a big surprise.  Listen and fill in the blanks to find out how to make a turkey.    Sing Happy Birthday to You for their classmates to celebrate their birthdays.    、                                                                                                                                                                                  Conclusion     Summarize what we learned in this class.Ask them if they know their parents’ birthdays.   Repeat the important grammars with teacher. And think about when their parents’ birthdays are.  讓學(xué)生回顧本堂課所學(xué)重點(diǎn)知識(shí)，并自我檢測(cè)學(xué)習(xí)情況。通過詢問學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)及兄弟姐妹的生日為下一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)做鋪墊。    Homework    Assign homework.  Interview their parents’ birthdays.
