分為直接理解題和間接理解題,前者常用wh, what, which, when, where, why和hw提問(wèn),或判斷正誤;后者需與原文信息轉(zhuǎn)換,表達(dá)上與原文有差異。
2. What is the characteristic f cnceptual thinkers?
A. They tend t challenge cnventinal rules. B. They arc creative due t their yung ages.
C. They are likely t fllw traditinal rules. D. They fail t cme up with new ideas.
題干關(guān)鍵詞“the characteristic f cnceptual thinkers”,利用尋讀法定位到文章原文內(nèi)容“Classified as cnceptual thinkers, these peple think utside f the bx, cming up with new ideas befre they becme used t the cnventinal way f ding things.”通過(guò)分析對(duì)比可知,選項(xiàng)A“They tend t challenge cnventinal rules.”
8.A 9.B 10.D 11.D
根據(jù)第五段“But what they fund was that dlphins simplified their whistles and raised their pitch when they were cmpeting with shipping nise, which apparently helps, but culd als hurt their ability t cmmunicate.(但他們發(fā)現(xiàn),海豚在與船運(yùn)噪音競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí)簡(jiǎn)化了叫聲并提高了音調(diào),這顯然有助于但也可能損害它們的溝通能力)”可知,當(dāng)海豚不得不與船運(yùn)噪音競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí),它們會(huì)提高音調(diào)。故選A項(xiàng)。
根據(jù)第三段“Just like if we’re in a raucus bar, we have t shut t each ther. And they might have t d that t.(就像如果我們?cè)谝粋€(gè)raucus酒吧里,我們不得不彼此大喊。
根據(jù)第六段“By using simpler calls, yes, there is a risk that they’re nt cmmunicating as much infrmatin as they wuld if it was quieter. Als fr yunger dlphins they actually learn these sunds frm hearing ther dlphins. S they’re hearing this much simpler language.(通過(guò)使用更簡(jiǎn)單的叫聲,是的,存在著這樣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),即它們的信息交流不如安靜時(shí)那么多。
根據(jù)第一段“Bttlense dlphins simplify and raise the pitch f their whistles t be heard abve underwater shipping nise.(寬吻海豚簡(jiǎn)化并提高其哨聲的音高,以便在水下運(yùn)輸噪音上方聽到)”以及文章內(nèi)容可知,本文主要介紹了海洋的噪音導(dǎo)致寬吻海豚采用簡(jiǎn)化叫聲并提高音量的方式來(lái)進(jìn)行交流,以對(duì)抗船舶的噪音。

根據(jù)第五段最后兩句“ The cutting hair ceremny is ne f the mst imprtant and grand ceremnies n the path t adulthd amng ethnic Mnglians.During the ceremny, elders send their best wishes fr the future t the children taking part, while sngs and speeches f praise full f traditinal values reveal the rich characteristics f the ethnic grup.(剪發(fā)儀式是蒙古族成人道路上最重要、最隆重的儀式之一。
根據(jù)第四段倒數(shù)第二句“The herdsman and his family have benefited frm lcal pverty-relief plicies, mving frm the desert t a new twn with paved rads.(牧民和他的家人受益于當(dāng)?shù)氐姆鲐氄?,從沙漠搬到了一個(gè)鋪設(shè)了道路的新城。)”
根據(jù)最后一段“As a spiritual hme fr the unity f China’s 56 ethnic grups, the Biennale has demnstrated its prfund significance in prmting mutual understanding and unity amng different ethnic grups in the cuntry.( 作為中國(guó)56個(gè)民族團(tuán)結(jié)的精神家園,雙年展對(duì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)不同民族之間的相互了解和團(tuán)結(jié)具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。)”
