Suddenly light went ff. His rm was rather ht withut an air cnditiner. Thugh he did nt want t leave his rm, he had t. Unwillingly, he left his rm and came t living rm. Living rm was slightly cl as it had tw huge windws. His yung brther was playing with his friend. They were rlling n the flr. He was lking ut fr the TV remte, but culdn't find. He gt up and searched it everywhere, but remte was nwhere. He lked at his brther wh was still lying n the flr playing.He asked him, "Where is the remte?" "Under the Sfa/' his brther yelled. He tried t lk thrugh, but it was dark. He put his hand under the sfa. He tuched smething, grabbed it and tk his hand ut. OMG! It was a snake in his hand! After seeing that his brther started t yell, " Snake, snake!" Mm came as sn as she heard their shuting. She t was hrrified t see a snake. She was s scared that she even culdn't speak a wrd. Tw kids were trying t hide int each ther's back. "What an ld trick!" Rman thught and threw it ver kids.
As the snake landed n the flr near t the kids, it started mving frm left side t the right. Only then did Rman realize that the snake was real, nt a ty. He threw the snake ver kids because he thught it was a fake snake and kids were playing sme tricks. This time mm almst gt heart attack. Nw he was scared t. The snake was nly 10 meters away frm kids and was staring at kids. They even culdn't call a rescue team. There might be sme deadly damage befre their arrival. There was nt much time t think. As Rman Was farther frm the snake, he jumped t the windw and grabbed the curtain. He pulled it s hard that the curtain was trn ff immediately. Withut hesitatin, he threw the curtain at the mving snake and cvered it. Then he grabbed the tw extremely frightened kids arms and pushed them ut f the rm. The mment the kids went ut they started screaming. Rman went inside the rm again and brught his mm ut, wh was standing still, frzen with fear. Later, he called the rescue team.
After the rescue team caught and tk away the snake, everyne went inside the hme. Everything returned t nrmal except that the tw kids were still scared. Rman felt guilty and even angry with himself. Hw culd he have thrwn the snake t tw kids?But fr the quick actin, it wuld have hurt them! He went up t the kids, patting them n the head, and said carefully, "I'm s srry. I mistk it fr a fake ne Well .. " After a shrt pause, he said in an excited vice, Shall we play sme game tgether nw?"The kids burst int a smile. "what a thrilling day! "Rman texted his friend later that day and a sense f achievement and happiness welled up deep in his sul . It was his quick mind and facing the mistake bravely that brightened the bring day. ??
