Derek and Janey were eating in the hall and talking abut the jacket f Mr. Such, wh was their teacher.

At that mment Mr. Such himself came int the hall. Tday he was in a brand new suit, which was white and sptless. Everyne in the hall stpped eating and stared at him in amazement.

The last lessn f the day was art. In case his new jacket gt dirty, befre his teaching. Mr. Such tk it ff and hang it n the cupbard dr. Hwever, prbably because he hadn’t gt used t the new jacket, he frgt t take it back with him. All the students left except Derek and Janey, wh were still busy with their painting. Derek mixed up t much green paints and gt his hand very dirty. He reached behind him and rubbed his hands n the twel n the cupbard dr. Except that it wasn’t the twel.

There’s nly ne thing fr it nw, ” she said with determinatin and pinted t the sink utside the classrm. Desperate as Derek was, he tk sme saps and fetched the jacket secretly t the sink with Janey.
