專題強(qiáng)化練(二十一) 概要寫作()閱讀下面短文,根據(jù)其內(nèi)容寫一篇60詞左右的內(nèi)容概要。AIt is early  in the morning and  I've hardly caught any shut-eye. My breakfast of eggs, bread and strong coffee will keep me awake and alert before lunch. After lunch,I will face an afternoon of yawning in the office.Sometimes I feel uneasy about this situation but I am sure that I am not alone, for it is not too much to say that we all seem to be yawning more often. Are we turning into a generation of insomniacs (患失眠癥的人)? How is modern life influencing our sleep patterns? We can start by blaming the light bulb and other forms of man-made light.Experts say that on average people go to bed and wake up two hours later than the previous generation.Thenthere are the computers.Research led by Professor Charles Czeisler of Harvard Medical School has shown that people who read electronic  books before going to bed take longer time to fall asleep. They have lower levels of melatonin,a chemical which controls our body clock. And they're less active in the morning.Professor Czeisler said,In the past 50 years, there has been a decrease in average sleep length and quality.Since more people are choosing electronic devices for reading, communication and entertainment, especially teenagers who already experience serious sleep loss, research on the long-term influence of these devices on health and safety is urgently needed. So the first thing to do if you want to have a restful night is leave computers out of the bedroom. The earlier you get your fingers off the keyboard, the sooner you tend to fall asleep.Avoid alcohol,as it might reduce our cycles of the “rapid eye movement” sleepwhen our brains process the information we have received during the day.It prevents our brain activity going well. And do not eat nuts or cheese in the evening. After thatif you still cannot sleep, start counting sheep.Maybe that is the best way to avoid another afternoon of yawning in the office.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【參考范文】Modern people suffer from sleeplessness and consequently get into a state of tiredness easily.(要點(diǎn)1) This phenomenon results from the negative effects of artificial light and computers.(要點(diǎn)2) So in order to solve the problem, people are advised to reject computers, resist alcohol as well as refuse nuts or cheese before bedtime.(要點(diǎn)3)Even counting sheep may help solve the problem in some way.(要點(diǎn)4)BDo you ever wonder why the weather seems unpredictable these days? The unpredictability of the weather is caused by global warming,or climate change.Global warming is caused by the gradual increase in the earth's average temperature.Climate scientists agree on the primary cause of global warming.According to Karl,Melillo and Peterson, the atmosphere is trapping heat from the emission of certain gases, such as water vapor, methanecarbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide. This is mainly the fault of humans. We ought to be concerned about the potential danger of global warming. Not only will global warming cause many economic problemsbut it will also destroy the land and even kill people. Many economic problems will be caused by global warming, especially if we wait to address the issue. The change in climate makes already drought areas grow drier with the heat. This affects agriculture in a negative way.If the ground is too dryfarmers will have a hard time preparing the soil in order to produce good crops.Dry soil doesn't allow grass to grow effectively.Without the nutritious grass needed for grazing(放牧)and with the additional problem of heat stress, many farm animals may become sick, causing farmers even more expenses.Another economic problem caused by global warming involves cooling systems.According to Jeff Sprossthe constant warming of the earth will result in greater efforts to reduce heat in public places and to cool down homes. The energy it takes to keep buildings cool will cost over $200 a year per person. The increased temperature of the earth can also cause heat strokes and exhaustion in humans, making it nearly impossible for people to work outside. This will lower the labor productivity because many occupations, such as park ranger, mailman, landscape architect and farmer, require outdoor activities. As discussed briefly aboveglobal warming can destroy land.Global warming is not just a slight problem—it's fatal.Instead of waiting and allowing the problem to get worse,we need to take action against global warming immediately._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【參考范文】The fault of humans causes global warming, which may cause many problems.(要點(diǎn)1) Global warming makes drought areas grow drier with the heat, causing farmers more expenses.(要點(diǎn)2)It will make the cost of keeping buildings cool much higher and add great difficulty to working outside.(要點(diǎn)3)Thereforewe should take action against global warming immediately.(要點(diǎn)4)C(2020·浙江嘉興期中)Most people around the world are right-handed.This fact also seems to have held true throughout history. In 1977 scientists studied works of art made at various times in history. Most of the people shown in these works of art are right-handed,so scientists guessed that right-handedness has always been common. But what do Leonardo da VinciMarie Curie, and Albert Einstein have in common? They were all left-handed along with other famous people including Brad PittPrince William, and Barack Obama. In fact,an estimated 13 percent of the world's population may be left-handed. Many researchers claim to have found relationships between left-handedness and various physical and mental characteristicssuch as blond hair, blue eyes, and sleep difficulties.Other studies have found a higher-than-normal level of left-handed people in certain  occupations (職業(yè))including professional baseball players, architectsas well as prisoners. However, some of these connections are very weak, and others have not been proven. What makes a person become right-handed rather than left-handedOne simple idea suggests that people normally get right-handedness from their parents.Studies have found that two right-handed parents have only a 9.5-percent chance of having a left-handed child, while two left-handed parents have a 26-percent chance of having a left-handed child.Another common theory is that left-handed people suffer mild brain damage during birthwhich makes them left-handed.    Whatever the reasons behind it,people's attitudes toward left-handedness have changed a lot over the years.Statistics show that although 13 percent of young people are left-handedonly six percent of the elderly are left-handed.Left-handed children used to be punished until they began using their right hand like other children, but today people who are left-handed are no longer looked down on nor are they considered abnormal. For most people todayeither case is perfectly acceptable. There are even a number of shops now selling products for left-handed people, such as left-handed can openers, guitars, and even a left-handed camera.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________【參考范文】While most of the world's population is right-handed, a minority are left-handed. (要點(diǎn)1)Many researchers claim left-handedness has something to do with physical and mental features and professions, but these assumptions lack solid evidence. (要點(diǎn)2) Some think left-handedness is genetic while others attribute it to mild brain injury during birth. (要點(diǎn)3)Nowadays, people's attitudes toward left-handedness have changed a lot with the whole society accepting lefties more than before.(要點(diǎn)4)
