Researchers had vlunteers search fr 22 ccupatin. The study fund that viewing images rather than text intensified participants’ gender biases， which persisted fr days afterward.
A ptential explanatin is the cmplex algrithms (算法) that run search engines like Ggle Images.“Cnsistently， we find that the algrithm appears t be privileging male cntent.” The site may be hlding a mirrr t users’ attitude. “Ggle is just a system，” he says， “reflecting what’ s ging n in ther areas f the internet.” Als， images affect us differently than text.
