It's been 150 years this summer since building wrk was cmpleted n the Huses f Parliament in Westminster, Lndn. When it was cmpleted, Tsar Nichlas I, the ruler f Russia, called it “a dream in stne”.
Imprtant buildings have been built n this site fr mre than 1, 000 years. In the early 8th century, a church was built that became knwn as the West Minster.
