Walk thrugh the vlunteer engagement lifecycle and identify weak spts. As yu start t measure the perfrmance f yur vlunteer prgram, take a lk at yur current vlunteer engagement lifecycle. 18 Making even the smallest changes can have a majr impact n the lifecycle f yur verall engagement cycle.

20 Creating a successful vlunteer engagement strategy requires giving yur vlunteers the space t cnnect with yur rganizatin and with each ther. Keeping an pen line f cmmunicatin with yur vlunteers is essential. Send text reminders abut vlunteer shifts and email reminders fr yur events t reduce n-shws.
A. Where can yu make imprvements?
B. Give yur vlunteers the space t relax.
C. Enhance the prcess with cmmunicatin.
D. Try t lengthen the vlunteer engagement lifecycle.
E. It's wrth cnsidering what success lks like t yur rganizatin.
F. As yur rganizatin grws, the number f vlunteers will increase.
G. Explre their interests and skills t create appealing pprtunities fr them.
