First of all, try exposing yourself to some Chinese programmes, thus improving your pronunciation gradually. Besides, it is advisable to read Chinese newspapers, magazines or novels in your spare time. In this way, you can not only enlarge your vocabulary, but also learn to use Chinese as we native speakers do. Last but not least, you should be brave and make use of every opportunity to practise speaking Chinese aloud.
