What is a letter f cmplaint?
投訴信是向有關(guān)部門反映所購買的某種商品質(zhì)量或某項服務(wù)/環(huán)境不能達到我們的要求,以期望對方退換或索賠。因此,寫投訴信時措辭要客氣,但語氣要堅定,這樣才能達到理想的投訴效果。
Dear Sir/ Madam, Nw I am writing t make a cmplaint abut the TV set bught frm yur shp. Several days ag, I bught a TV set in yur shp, but when I brught it hme and turned it n, I fund it didn’t wrk prperly. S I tk it back t the shp and tld the assistant what had happened. T my surprise, yur assistant didn’t help me t slve the prblem. On the cntrary, he shuted at me rudely and refused t examine it. I knw yur shp enjys a high reputatin but tday, I am srry t find that such pr service shuld have happened in yur shp and yur assistant didn’t seriusly think f the interests f custmers. I d hpe that yu can lk int this matter and give me a reasnable explanatin by either giving me a full refund r sending me a new TV set. Thank yu fr yur cnsideratin and I am expecting an early reply.

1.有一些問題希望能引起你的注意:首先… 其次…There are sme prblems that I wish t bring t yur attentin. Fr ne thing,… Fr anther thing…2. 很遺憾的是你們的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)竟然有以下這些令人難以接受的問題。It is a great pity that yur gds and service have the fllwing unacceptable/unbearable prblems/faults.
4. (產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量)我就非常驚訝地發(fā)現(xiàn)這個產(chǎn)品并不如廣告說的那樣,質(zhì)量就非常的差。I was extremely shcked that the prduct, nt as advertised, was fund f pr quality / mutilated.5. (服務(wù)態(tài)度)我等了很長時間才有人為我服務(wù),這讓我難以忍受。并且你的員工的服務(wù)態(tài)度非常糟糕。I had been kept waiting fr an unbearable lng time until I received yur service, and the manner f yur staff was far frm satisfying.

(服務(wù)態(tài)度)盡管我不斷投訴,相關(guān)部門似乎一點都不重視它。Despite my repetitve cmplaints, the department cncerned seemed t have attached little attentin t it.7. 我知道你們店信譽很高,但今天我很難過這樣的服務(wù)竟然發(fā)生在你們店里,且你們的助理一點都關(guān)心顧客的利益。I knw yur shp enjys a high reputatin but tday, I am srry t find that such pr service shuld have happened in yur shp and yur assistant didn’t seriusly think f the interests f custmers.

T Whm it may cncerned, I am Li Hua, ne f yur custmers. I feel bad t truble yu but I am afraid that I have t express my dissatisfactin abut the set f Bkwrm Series that I bught n yur website. It is a great pity that yur gds and service have the fllwingunacceptable faults. Firstly, I rdered the series n yur website tw mnths ag, but it was nt until yesterday that I recieved the bks, which definitely has caused great incnvenience t my study. And much t my disappintment, the bks, nt as advertised, were fund f pr quality— sme pages were missing and sme wrds were nt clearly printed. T make matters wrse, despite my repetitive cmplaints, yur service assistant seemed t have attached little attentin t it.
Taking all things abve int accunt, I request that yur stre have this matter settled prperly by giving me a full refund r delivering me a new set f bks withut delay. Thank yu fr yur cnsideratin and lking frward t yur early reply. Sincerely, Li Hua
