基數(shù)詞的表示方法1. 英語中,表示數(shù)量的詞叫基數(shù)詞。2. ne~twelve(1-12)的拼寫和讀音各不相同,無規(guī)律可循,應(yīng)逐一記憶。3. thirteen~nineteen(13-19)表示“十幾”,在個位數(shù)詞后加后綴-teen,讀作[ti:n],單詞有兩個重音。還要注意thirteen(13)、fifteen(15)和eighteen(18)在拼寫上的差別之處。

4. twenty~ninety(20-90)表示“幾十”, 幾十的整十位數(shù)是在個位數(shù)后加后綴-ty,讀[ti]。但要注意加了-ty之后,個位數(shù)上的聽定就有變化。eg:twenty(20), thirty(30), frty(40), fifty(50)...
5. 21-29直到91-99表示“幾十幾”,用整數(shù)十位數(shù)加個位數(shù),中間用連字符“-”把整十位數(shù)加個位數(shù),中間用連字符“-”把整十位數(shù)和個位數(shù)連起來。eg:twenty-three(23); thirty-seven(37); frty-five(45); fifty-tw(52); sixty-ne(61); seventy-three(73); eighty-fur(84); ninety-nine(99).
6. ne hundred“一百”,表示“一百” 用a hundred。要表示200-900,用“數(shù)詞(tw至nine)+hundred”構(gòu)成。在此結(jié)構(gòu)中,無論“幾百”,hundred都不能加-s變復(fù)數(shù)形式。
7. hundreds f+復(fù)數(shù)名詞或代詞賓格是固定結(jié)構(gòu),表示“數(shù)以百計的”、“成千上萬的”,是個模糊數(shù)字,不是具體數(shù)字。在此結(jié)構(gòu)中,hundreds f 前面不能加數(shù)詞,hundreds f 后面只能用復(fù)數(shù)名詞或復(fù)數(shù)代詞賓格形式。eg:hundreds f teachers 成百上千的教師 hundreds f them 他/她/它們中數(shù)以百計的(人和物)
