專題16 應(yīng)用文寫作之投訴信◇ 寫作指導(dǎo) ◇第一段：表明來信所要投訴的問題，盡可能做到客觀、禮貌，給讀信人留下好印象。應(yīng)該記住讀信人不一定就是錯誤的責(zé)任人，他的合作對事情的最終圓滿解決有著非常重要的作用。第二段：寫明投訴的原因、問題的經(jīng)過及產(chǎn)生的后果。可以說具體的理由，也可以說問題的具體體現(xiàn)方式。第三段：提出解決方案，不需展開。這段應(yīng)體現(xiàn)書信的禮貌原則，可以用類似“如果你能……，我將十分感激”這樣的表達方式，還要注意做到公平、公正。1．段首常用語：(1)I am writing to make a complaint about…  (2)I am most reluctant to complain，but…(3)One annoying aspect of your service is…  (4)I have been pleased with your service for years，but now I feel very disappointed.(5)I would like to draw your attention to the problem/fault…(6)I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory.(7)I wish to express my dissatisfaction/disappointment about…2．段尾常用語：(1)It would be highly appreciated if you could… (2)I believe you will take my complaints seriously and…(3)I hope you will give due attention to this matter.(4)I would like to get this matter settled by the end of this month.(5)I could not be more satisfied if you can kindly…(6)I would appreciate it very much if you could…【英語應(yīng)用文投訴信 1】Dear Headmaster,I am a student in Class One Grade Two and I am Li Hua.（自我介紹） Recently, I have found that the waste in our school is very serious.
