●1 present vt. 頒發(fā);提交;展現(xiàn) I was presented with a new dictinary. 別人贈給了我一本新詞典。The questin naturally presented itself in my mind.我的腦海中自然而然地呈現(xiàn)出了這個問題。
[拓展] (1)present 作形容詞時,意為“現(xiàn)在的;目前的;出席的”。be present at the meeting=attend the meeting,意為“出席會議”,其反義詞組:be absent frm the meeting 缺席會議。It is well knwn that he is the master f the present situatin. 眾所周知,他是目前局勢的控制者。Many f them were present at the cnference. 他們中的許多人出席了這次會議。
(2)present作名詞時,意為“禮物;現(xiàn)在”。at present意為“目前,現(xiàn)在”。I received many nice birthday presents. 我收到了許多生日禮物。Peple live a happy life at present. 現(xiàn)在人們過著快樂的生活。
● 2 cntrl vt. 控制,支配[點撥] cntrl的過去式是cntrlled,過去分詞是cntrlled,現(xiàn)在分詞是cntrlling。Cntrl yurself. Dn't get angry.你要克制自己,不要生氣。She is skillful enugh t cntrl the machine nw. 現(xiàn)在她能足夠熟練地操縱這臺機器了。

[搭配] (1)encurage vt. 促進;助長;激發(fā)Sunlight encurages the grwth f green plants. 陽光促進綠色植物的生長。 (2)encurage的名詞形式是curage,意為“勇氣”。have n curage t d sth意為“沒有勇氣做某事”。I had n curage t explain my idea at yesterday's class meeting.在昨天的班會上,我沒有勇氣表明自己的意見。
● pleasant, pleasing和pleased (1)pleasant意為“令人愉快的;討人喜歡的”。The new manager is a pleasant Chinese American. 新任經(jīng)理是一位和氣的美籍華人。(2)pleasing表示客觀上的“令人高興或愉快的”,指被修飾名詞給別人的感覺;用法與pleasant接近,有時可以互換。She is nt very beautiful but very pleasant/pleasing. 她不是很漂亮,但很討人喜歡。(3)pleased 表示主觀上“感到高興或愉快的”,指被修飾名詞自身的感覺。I'm very pleased with yur success. 我對你的成功感到很滿意。

I think(過渡自然,行文流暢) ging nline (動名詞短語作主語) is gd fr me. I plan t g nline fr an hur every day (結合要點:寫自己的做法). If yu make a plan(if引導的條件狀語從句), yu can find it very useful. We use it t pen the field f visin, t study knwledge, but(轉折詞的使用,使行文跌宕起伏) must certainly grasp the discretin(自行決定權).
